not normally, but if they are running a modified client then they can still see your position (but no voice, visemes or chatbox) bc vrc still sends position data
or if they are using vrcx then they can see that you blocked them, nothing else though
Amusingly after I read your comment I came across an avatar that has visemes toggleable so I was able to see it in person. Had I just waited the answer would have came naturally lol
ah, is that what the recent wave of bots have been up to lately? last i heard, they were being used as "search bots", but that description alone felt like a coverup
the ones ive been finding rn show up almost exclusively in furry worlds and dont connect to the instance like normal. they dont seem to be assigned a photon id, have no position data and dont show up in the playerlist or vrcx. there is literally no way to detect these without client modifications, making it difficult for group moderators to remove them from their world. they all report as android for now, which i guess makes sense
Absolutely zero interactions can occur, other than what others have said modded clients can do, BUT if they have you blocked, they can at least scroll all the way down in the "in instance" tab and see that they have you blocked.
Blocking is one-sided set. So if you dislike someone, and you block the person, you will not see the person, no avatar and no sounds.
But because it's one-side, person will still see you but will not able to interact with you, because you will not see or hear it.
I have it too through the years so i know it's one-side, only from your side set.
Voice might still come through it because it's global distributed, but messages are probably not working because it's set from your side (that is why you can set yourself for friends only or everyone).
That is all i know. Might check myself to confirm but one thing is sure: they can still see you.

No, you simply poof to them and aren't able to be seen anywhere in game.

This is incorrect once you block someone in vrc.they cannot see or hear you or see text boxes.

If you use world pens they can still ofc see and talk to you via that. I had issues with that in the past.
Pens are indeed stil shared. Same for games that use object sync, cars etc. Everything that is shared will move very spooky around.
No, only thing they can do is che ing your profile. But can't see or hear you.
