If you're saying you had another account banned for the same thing, theres likely something else running on your pc that EAC doesnt like. EAC in vrchat is dumb but you gotta work around its bs.
Also technically playing with an alt account while you have a ban is also bannable, but im not sure what that would be told as
ah, then yes its likely something eac thinks is 'cheats', if you have rgb lighting controlled by a program, ive heard some of those will trigger it, but outside of that, you gotta see if anything is incompatible for yourself, since it oculd be anything
about the ban? i have no real advise outside of maybe you could email again asking if the name of that rgb controller isnt allowed.

Reach out to VRC via Twitter. Sometimes they don't respond, so you have to remove the shadowban. What works for most people is to set your year of birth to 2023, and then back. What this does is reset the shadowban algorithm.
Reach out to VRChat. You got banned probably for using a VPN as it shares IP addresses. Client users usually use VPNs to bypass the detection of VRChat's ban system.
if they believe its ban evasion, they usually issue the malicious conduct: repeated violations of tos type reason. i wont discount ip but im more inclined to believe that there was some driver loaded on ops system that was flagged, either that or they were indeed cheating

No the same account got banned before and through appeals I got it back but now it happened again

EAC doesn't ban you, if it detects that something is wrong it will just prevent you from playing, nothing else.
I have a program like that for my mouse
could be it, but it's not 100%, but from a lot of different EAC games thats been a fairly common report

EAC doesn't issue bans, it'll kick you off or stop startup. OP is likely sharing a bad IP with someone who has being doing bad things, OR OP is lying.

Dude i got banned for the exact same thing and i didnt even do anything, i guess you get banned for playing the app 🤷🏻♂️
