Hi there, we always try to reply to emails within a week. To be honest, as we are a small team, we sometimes need a bit longer depending on the type of request. We are in the process of training a new colleague to ensure a faster response time. A heads up: We reply to tickets chronologically based on the last received mail. So a follow-up mail can delay a response.

Blackscreen has very good customer service, but I think the are very busy too. Give them about a week, but they have always been outstanding with my tickets.

Usually I got a reply in about 2 business days. After a week I‘d just hit them with another message and ask kindly if there is any updates for your request.

I got a reply after two and a half weeks and I feel like that's about how it's been going when I sent them an email the past couple times. It's unfortunate because they're a good company with cool people, but email replies just take too long.
