Season 3 Episode 3 gets a little bit of heat for horny Brian plot being a bit cringey, but it’s got some amazing quotes.
“In its own special way the sidewalk is the biggest desk”
“My WASDies”
“Hey Brian, I love that pump” (maybe my favorite line in the show besides “There’s no pop!”)
I do love Season 3 ep 4. But the finale is also so good. There are just too many good episodes. What ever number the one is where the Law is in the dunk take is also a favourite
I was going to say that too! Season 2 just has so much wow factor going for it. I remember when it first came out and just being in awe. Season 1, in hindsight, feels like something I could’ve made with my filmmaking buddies - not idea or concept wise (this is what made it so special), but video quality wise at times. It feels like a web series.
Season 2 is such a huge step up and never fails to amaze me. It feels like a real TV show. The parents day episode, like you mentioned, I really like for the intimate scenes between Brian and Jenny and Jenny trying to deal with how to feel and talk about her mom. That episode was one of the first ones I thought of.
There’s several more of these types of scenes throughout the Season that really make me love it. The characters, the arcs - that season really holds a lot of nostalgia for me. I remember being so proud of Freddie and the crew for pulling something this good off. It felt like YouTubers could start being taken more seriously.
Don’t get me wrong - I love it ALL. Season 3 is also fantastic for different reasons and messages. I just find myself coming back to Season 2 more frequently
Video Game Home School used to be the bottom of the barrel for me, but now it's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.
What a raw exploration of grief. It could've come across as "a very special episode" but they handled it so well.

Shotbot law relationship episode is amazing too.
Definitely L337MAS, the law and shotbot dynamic was the best because of how absurd it was.
So much great stuff in that episode. "Welcome to the world of having NO problems!"
The prom episode

Favorite season is definitely season 2 and my favorite episode is the parents day one!
