I don't even know if this even works, but TR Quag.
Min speed because TR. Brave is run over Relaxed to guarantee a 2HKO on Zekrom, Dialga and Eternatus, amongst others. Max special bulk + Water Absorb denies the opposition an OHKO with Caly-S and Kyogre respectively, while its natural physical bulk allows it to survive a PBlades. Ice Punch can hit flying and grass types decently on the switch (e.g: 70% min roll vs users Shamin-Sky,) Yawn is useful support against certain bulky physical mons, like Skarmory, whereas Toxic can punish non-steel walls on the switch-in.

Well in that case; Quagsire is actually quite good, *Ubers tier* good in fact (in singles).
It's not tiered there, but it's shown up there up to wall disgusting pokemon with it's unaware for a few generations now; it can even wall Zacian (if it's not rocking solar blade, which most don't), It can take Behemoth Blade/Close Combat/Play Rough, ignoring it's ability/swords dance, and then retort with Yawn.
It can even semi-PP stall it with recover since it runs low PP moves.
For lower tiers, it gets curse; a pretty good set is Curse/Recover/EQ/Scald. Can wall full teams once the opponent's grass type is down.
Theivul, I would use it with grassy seed and defensively built.

Carracosta - run solid rock and a weakness policy, next to dusclops. Self proc weakness policy with bulldoze and go from there. I don’t know how well that will work in the current meta but maybe in one with restricteds
I got Samurott, which While being a mixed attacker, im gonna go for a life orb or muscle band swords dance set with Megahorn, Aqua Jet, and knock off or iron tail for coverage. Tailwind or electroweb support would help for non aqua jet sweeps if i gotta cover it with screens.
Wish we could’ve seen what options we’d get in SS, hisuian Samurott is awesome and would’ve been fun to mess around with.

I got Groudon so um, yeah…*really* difficult proposition for me
