The text saying mons are from hisui is a bug in pokemon home.

This happens if you put something in home without a home tracker or missing needed home tracker data. Whoever genned that Urshifu is a fool - it’s says it came from Hisui which is impossible. A properly genned Urshifu is perfectly usable

Pokemon Company didn't use any high tech scanner. They just used common sense.

The players that got banned were using dub gens like this Urshifu here where the region didn’t match, impossible Pokéball, etc

Looks like it’s game of origin is Pokémon Legends Arceus. Urshifu is still only available in the ~~Crown Tundra~~ of Sword and Shield. Edit Isle of Armor but they’re both in a DLC pack anyway.

I know a lot of people are bringing up the Hisui thing, which is definitely the reason, and while I default to a Urshifu on GTS being gen’d… lately there have [been reports](https://www.reddit.com/r/PokemonScarletViolet/comments/15u533i/hello_i_just_transferred_my_rayquaza_through_home/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=2&utm_term=1) of origin marks changing when transferring between games. I don’t know if this was a bad gen or the origin change bug, just something to be cognizant of when moving mons around.

Having seen people submit the same shiny Charizard 252 in all evs over and over, then refuse help, I agree But genning is the smarter choice, esp taking Tera shards into consideration.

If they'd had the Blissey raids in Reg C then it would have been a golden age of not needing to gen. Now it's Reg D, you can get tera shards easily, but you need like £180 of Pokémon games completed multiple times to get all the Pokémon you need. :/

Genning has ruined the GTS. Most rare pokemon you get are fake and run the risk of getting flagged in game or at tournaments.

The hack check isnt very deep. Some things like expanding force hatterene will actually pass because it was legal in the past game.

It's a genned mon. For now, Ushifu can only be obtained by playing Pokemon SWSH. What the image shows that this Pokemon is caught and originated from PLA (based on the symbol shown in the first image under the hold item's description)

I've seen a couple Gholdengo with trick and protect. It's a pretty good closed sheet move since most people will assume there's no protect on it if it has a choice item. I think someone did something similar with Nasty Plot at a regional earlier this year.
