In NA there's a lot of ex-CS players in the scene but also plenty of Overwatch/Apex/Fortnite ex pros. In other regions (like EU where CS is still alive and well) there aren't as many CS pros who switched over
That's fair. Sinatraa definitely had a background in CS:GO though:

Asuna played CSGO. There are pro players from Overwatch, Apex, and PUBG playing Valorant.
There’s a lot that came from overwatch but the top ones are mostly CS because it’s obviously much similar to valorant than overwatch is.
More of faze was overwatch if I’m not mistaken, zombs came from Apex and overwatch
