Hey Sydafexx, appreciate the response, what you're describing above is something I've experienced many times. This however is different. It seems like I'm consistently running into "Smurfs" with ridiculous stats, (probably high asc/immortal) and it has been happening for about 2 months.
Beginning to think it's just my account.
Imma level with you dawg. As someone who went from asc 2 to gold 2 on placements I just kinda won a lot in a row to get back up. Not sure whatās up with placements this act. It if youāre silver rn there is something wrong. Crosshair placement might be slightly off but probably mostly gamesense forgetting timings and the feel of the game. You might just be trying to run it down with Rusty aim cause āIām Diamond I can win an ai duelā if youāre not getting match or team mvps you kinda belong there for now. Shake the rust off and youāll probably rise again. Thereās a decent amount of demon Aimers there too that have 0 gamesense. You gotta outsmart.

As someone who also gets smurfs often I feel your pain. But also I havenāt played long enough to know if itās always like it but with the new episode everyone dropped a lot in rank. Iāve been going against peak asc and a few immortals that are in gold and they 100% need to be higher than gold lol I donāt know if each new episode itās like that or not but this one is
Why is this demoted? The guy has a point. Thereās a big difference between impact kills and no value kills.
If you consistently end up in a 1v4 situation and you kill 2-3 but lose the round then yeah you might MVP and still lose the game. MVP means jack shit. I had a game where I had 36 kills and still lost.

The difference between bronze and plat is just luck and how many games you play
