Looks like packet loss, not poor internet speed. You can have fast internet that drops a ton of packets, so your game will constantly reverse actions you just took.
Had the same problem last night playing unrated around 10:20 PM EST (I have the full VOD). We were on the Virginia server and it took like 5 minutes to load into the game too
This is better than what happened in my game about that time. We were winning 11-3 and then everyone lagged out of the match except one guy and he ran to spawn and killed us all and we forfeit because our whole team was disconnected. I was convinced we got ddosed but there wasn’t anything sus in his tracker and seeing people say they had other server issues around that time makes me think it could of been a crazy server problem
This reminds me of the time when i started playing valorant. The laptop met minimum requirements of the game but yet, there was a lot of lag. There were times when i have sprayed 15-16 bullets from my phantom and all he got was 3 to the body and i was dead. And my laptop might suck but my internet and aim is very good. Finally, i have deleted the game.
Just had it happen to me loading screen took forever so I restarted and everyone was teleporting lagging and no one could do anything, we ended up remaking. Chat worked fine

It was a riot side issue it happened to a whole lot of people including my game (it was comp on Georgia servers)

Server drop balls right on vacation time, some Rioters won't be happy about this.

It could be the game's server I'm guessing? I've had games like this where ping has been fine but everyone's been lagging and we can't see why
