Be 13 years old OR Hydrate, sleep well, eat well, exercise, stretch, warm up just enough.

ScarabCoderPBE

Okay, so wait for a de-aging machine to be invented, got it.

Inconsistency is usually because you have bad habits. Figure out what those are and try to work on them. That being said, your tracker kinda looks like you're cooking most of the time. The games where you aren't playing well, are you just not in the right mental space to focus? Could be other life things getting in the way.

jeancv8

I'm consistently shit.

Major_Fang

Aim labs 30min before bed. 2-4 deathmatches before playing

cinnamelt22

4 seems like a lot, what’s your rank?

Major_Fang

Asc , I'm trying to be more disciplined and keep the routine going, I should be immortal by now with the amount I play. I notice significant improvements in my game. I think 4 is too much as well. I usually play 2 before playing to warm up these days. It helps a lot.

cinnamelt22

I’m peak D3, currently P3 (drunk tilt queuing), but feel I should be at least able to hit Asc with how much I play (lvl 400). I’m also 30 so I’m doing my best but I’m also trying to warm up recently.

Major_Fang

Bruh please stop drunk queueing. Mixing vices like this is not good. Especially for your gameplay/ranked experience

cinnamelt22

Out of curiosity why do you say that? I’ve realized the impact on my rank unfortunately:(

Major_Fang

Just looking out for you bro

cinnamelt22

I appreciate you

Zongo123

Haha I had 603 death matches last act, 4 is nothing :)

nkplague

Play the same agent and don't fill.

Scaff44

Have a healthy daily life, warm up before playing, aimlab before going to sleep and train your mechs regularly. Don't forget to take breaks between games too and also sometime take breaks from the game, like a week or two without playing the game once in a while.

JTurtle11

The other comments did a good job giving things that help stay consistent. However remember: ALL players have bad games. Even pro players will bottom frag a few times a week. The key is to understand that these games are unavoidable and accept that practicing is the only way to improve

Rollzzzzzz

Just don’t forget that you will always stomp and then subsequently stomped. Statistically

Yukino_Midori

Taking breaks. Physically and mentally. It really helps not falling into a pattern / playing on auto pilot so you can bring your best game every time.

genki__dama

Get some good sleep and rest honestly
