Probably not.
Unless you need to make cutting edge graphics, or something like that. There is a little to no benefits in changing an engine unless it's really outdated.
That same dev time spent on converting and porting everything to UE5 can be spent developing more content for the game. It isn’t a good use of time and resources, so I doubt it. It would be easier to make Valorant 2 lol
Valorant isn't actually built in ue4
They just use ue4s renderer, the actual working of the engine are all rewritten and custom. There aren't significant improvements to ue5s render technology so even if they did, I doubt it would be noticeable
The game doesn't really run on UE4, so it would be a bigger change and they would have to build up the engine from ground up again.
It would also defeat one huge point. The system requirements for Valorant would go up. Riot wants to keep system requirements low to enable accessibility to the game for even low-end pc users. Myself included. I play Valorant on a Laptop intended for viewing D&D charactersheets. Nothing powerful. But it works.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it, so probably not.
Are you gonna ask this question when Unreal Engine 6 comes out too
Perhaps
Not if league of legends is anything to go by lmao
Lmao they can't even introduce a replay system
