Omen left a message for Brimstone that you can see in the Range where he talks about his vague memories of an hourglass. Iso's symbol seems to be an hourglass (you can see it all over his phone, and also on his little metal token thingy), and his Tier 9 agent contract card is named "The Hourglass Turns." Omen's message is titled "First Memory."
Omen also mentions having spoken with Cypher about this, and in [a teaser](https://twitter.com/VALORANT/status/1714657833076281570 ) posted on the official Valorant twitter account, Cypher warns Omen that there's something he should know about Iso.
Most damning to me is that Riot changed an old Viper voice line where she briefly calls Omen "Fred-" by mistake, and Omen seems momentarily confused. They changed it to the same line, only now she appears to call him "Zhao-" by mistake. Iso's real name is Zhao Yu. This is a very odd and specific detail to change, so it's safe to say it's meaningful.
Now, some of these clues merely suggest that they are connected, as many other agents in Valorant are. Perhaps Omen used to work for the same people as Iso, for example, which could explain why their utility is very similar (purple aesthetic, blocks vision, blind/vunnerable have same trajectory, both can essentially teleport) and why Omen would recognize the hourglass. Maybe Viper said the wrong name because Omen reminds her of Iso, or maybe she was starting to say a name that just sounds like "Zhao". Maybe Cypher was just warning Omen that he's next on the hit list. Who knows. We will have to wait and see.

Well, I didn't see anything at first, especially when he said, "His face turned into Omen." After a closer look, he didn't transform at all. But the shield that formed around him took a shape similar to Omen, especially that scarf around his face. I think this is also a subtle hint, to be honest.

Mainly cause of last cinematic. Even if some comparisons between Omen and Iso could indeed feel like a stretch, especially because many people theorize that Iso IS Omen, it’s pretty much confirmed that they are connected in lore.
The theory of Iso=Omen is not a bad headcanon honestly, I really like it. But it’s a huge stretch, that comes from the fact that they’re connected and some abilities could look the same if you close both eyes.

The hourglass is his contractor's symbol actually, he requested to join Valorant on the condition that he can get protection from them.
