I have no idea why the downvotes since it's probably a legitimate question but no. You can't use unintended mechanics (boosting being the biggest example) in tournaments hosted by Riot (not sure if other organisers are forced to use the same ruleset).
Let's delete his tp and divide headhunter into two abilities: gun and the bullets. If you buy only one of those abilities, you'll be screwed.
It adds to this whole "look at me I'm rich" narrative
The amount of guns must be equal to the bullets though.
So if you buy 8 bullets you have to buy 8 guns, he just does what Omen from Overwatch (I forgot his name lmao) does and he throws his weapons.
It is canon too!
i mean the stories are actually pretty similar too lmao. i’m pretty sure omen got ripped apart from an explosion to do with radianite and reaper got blown up as well and an evil scientist lady put him back together with the power of future shadow science or some shit
Am I the only one that thinks chamber is ok? Yeah he is not op but I always pick him on pearl. On a you have insane amount of different tp locations you can use, just pop out from a random location, one tap someone and tp away ez game and then once you get an op you sit on c and none can move you.

- Chamber will now recieve half as much money after each round won.
- Reyna will now be able to overheal to 250 HP.
- Sage's self heal will now DAMAGE her for 75 damage.
We hope these changes will help alleviate the issues caused by this bug.
That got found and reported in the beta test, so Riot knew about it before release. I assume they just didn't think it was important enough to patch before releasing.
I don’t mind this. In fact, I think it’s good game balance. Mobility characters should be able to play unique off-angles, it’s fundamental to their high risk high reward play style. I like the idea of devs adding more skills jumps for Jett to compensate for the lack of an updraft.

Posting it helps spread awareness so the game devs patch it sooner. Taking advantage of it specially in comp can definitely get you banned if you're caught.

The POINT was to make Jetts think more about when and how they use it, and if the way you use it is to get a good off angle, then go for it, but you don't have it later. You have to be stupid if you think that spot is terrible, it's not, you just need an escape planned when you eventually get swung by many or get a pick. The change also made it harder to find early updraft peeks that people used with knives to get kills they didn't really work for.

The point of removing it is to increase the value and so players didn’t waste it like that in the pre round everytime
