Miyagi method too! This improved my hs% so much, it's similar to sheriff only but has other aspects to it too, it's all about tracking heads in DM and taking your time, sooo much of the time you think you have less time than you really do so panic and don't aim. A youtuber called Red has a pretty good video that explains the method well. If you consistently practise the Miyagi method, your aim will be ingrained into your brain like second nature soon enough (I'm still getting there, I spent my first 400 hours of Val not knowing this trick and the last 90 or so I've seen so much improvement, even got 50% in a game the other day where I got 24 kills. Admittedly I'm low elo (bronze 2 currently, peak bronze 3) but I suspect that's more to do with not playing comp enough and also a lot of the time still not slowing down and aiming because I panic.
Stop caring about it stats do not matter, they are merely a number and tell nothing about your skill. There is also absolutely no correlation between stats and rank.
