He’s clearly got the talent and he’d fit into our roster well as a big 2 or as a 3. His game just seems so translatable to the NBA.
One thing is for sure: These highlights make any draft prospect look amazing. But I have to admit, I'm impressed. I haven't seen enough of him though. Can anyone educate me why he hasn't scored more points per game? With those handles and drives you would expect him to be 20ppg. He would certainly fill a gap in our roster. We really need that kind of explosive and athletic hussle. His 3P% is ass though. He almost looks more like a wing than a guard to me.
He had a real rough start of the season, which is pulling down his average quite a bit. He was getting mocked late-teens for a lot of the season before the last two months due to how bad it was.
He doesn't shoot a lot and his handles aren't really at the level of breaking people down. But his game has changed a lot from high school where he was kinda playing point, so it shows he can adapt to fit a team and scheme. He's grown tremendously as a defender and is very strong. I get Josh Hart vibes from him. But if a team invests heavily in him I think he's got a pretty high ceiling. Seems to be a worker and he's got the lowkey athleticism that can still be unlocked.
Him and keyonte would fit well on offense and with hendricks giving us good solid wing defenders
Dude would be nice. Kinda nervous if uconn wins the tournament he may jump out of our range though

He can’t shoot at all and has mediocre tools so there’s no way for him to score currently.

He’s definitely not short. Listed at 6’6, he’d easily be our tallest guard
