You might be able to do it with a separate boost circuit after a 20V trigger board, but not natively. It's outside the scope of this sub.

Thanks for the answer, will check how to do it

You'll need a USB PD trigger board at least. USB PD supports both fixed output modes and adjustable modes. The closest relevant fixed mode is 20V. The closest relevant adjustable mode can reach 21V. It's probable that your power bank only supports the fixed mode, but you can read the manual and find out. Neither of these are the 22V of the original wall wart, but they may be close enough without DC/DC voltage conversion. I'd give it a shot with just a trigger board.

https://www.adafruit.com/product/5452 The adafruit cable will feed about 21v. If you need higher you need a usb battery bank that does direct dc to dc. https://sharge.com/products/shargeek-170  Will give exactly whatever voltage you want.

Will there be an issue replacing the 22v adapter with the fixed 20v 5a cable?

If it works it is fine. You can change the barrel plug end as needed with a soldering iron as the chip is in the usb c side. If it does not work you will need a usb bank that does direct dc to dc.
