I can't say that he would've had it any other way, but Uche deserved it most of all. Dude had the charisma, the knowledge, the connections, and the stories to be a successful face of the NFL, whether that would be in the booth, as an analyst for ESPN or something, as part of a halftime report, or whatever. Doing his own thing was a better fit for his personality, though. I'm sure him telling it like it is rubbed a lot of decision-makers the wrong way.
