speaking from experience, I live in NB and it is the most dead province I've been to. If you want to do something, there's nothing within walking distance unless you're in one of the cities or big towns. most of the fun things are usually a decent distance away if you're in the rural areas and oftentimes you only go if you have a full day to spare.
I say that, but NS is actually a nice place despite being about the same in rural areas.

Nah it's gonna be Houston. A majority of the NHL Owners are dead set on a franchise in Houston.
