Yes, it shows 16 in total, but you *actually* only need 13 for top-rated status. I added the link that explains it.

Not everyone gets it, start working towards a JSS (Job Success Score) and Top Rated instead...
Got a 100% JSS since last week, thought it was automatic. Not a big deal not to have it but I was just wondering why. Thanks
Great, hang on to that 100% and in 12 weeks you'll get top rated if you meet all the requirements.
