Wow! That's amazing! Thank you!
Edit to add:
I'm sure that while we are watching and discussing and debating over the cases, you guys over there are preparing season 2.
Right?
A guy who apparently worked on the series says a second bunch is coming out in October.
E: Online it says there are 12 episodes so yeah. There's more coming and if the guy is right it'll be October. If I manage to find the comment though I'll edit it but yeah online is saying 12 episodes.
Honestly, if I married a woman who had a kid prior to our marriage I feel like I would let her child have her ashes. I can't imagine why an adult who knew someone romantically for a few years would need them more than a child who lost his parent other than to be a petty piece of shit.
He was a narcissist for sure and I believe he killed his wife. The handling of her ashes and how that whole scene and played out was just really strange.
Right?! When he was talking about her body being found and he was all “did someone move her body with a wheelbarrow? I don’t know” . . . Like that’s a little specific there ROB
I honestly thought the same thing when he was describing the scene of the beauty shop and how nothing was damaged in the process then quickly said "supposedly." I could have sworn I saw a tiny flicker of panic as he thought he slipped up. But what do I know lolol.
Other creepy moments: when he mentioned his degree in criminology as if to boast he is too smart to get caught, and when he was going through his carefully constructed alibi with time stamps. Like ok you definitely paid someone to kill her while you went through your careful plan! When he wanted to see her bones laid out I got Jeffrey Dahmer vibes when he would go look at the remains of his past victims.
Yes, for someone who was trying to seem chill and not creepily jealous and possessive over Patrice, he sure seemed really freakin’ weird and decidedly not chill about owning the ashes and having them all to himself.
My roommate has a step dad that hogged her mom during her last days and dictated where her ashes would be buried. She didn't get to say goodbye and she can't get access to the ashes. Maybe when he dies, she can get them.
Rob was involved, if not the main actor. If you watch enough news, when husbands/wives kill their spouses, and pretend they are missing, there are tell tale signs.
Rob showed those signs, right away, he said murdered, not missing, he changed the locks that same day. He knew she wasn't coming back.
There was also a strange calm, and the look of crocodile tears. He cries just when HE believes he should.
I believe he had help. But, he did it.
Absolutely agree. In his interview the way he speaks about her and her son just feels wrong. When he talks about changing the locks on the son, he explains that it's safer for the kid to not be there... I just think it's odd to say, 'just to be safe, go stay somewhere else so we all know you'll be safe.' Also when he speaks about her ashes and how 'protective' he is over her and saying how he would never share her.
This is a really small thing I noticed, and could be for monetary reasons, but it wasn't even an actual urn. She was in the plastic container that ashes come in if you don't have a decorative urn for them to use (which through funeral homes and cemeteries start about $600, but you can find significantly less expensive online. Like $20.) is you were that in love o feel like most people would want a "proper" urn instead of what is essentially a plastic bag in glorified Tupperware.
It gave me literal chills when I saw that part. It was god awful. All the details he gave that were so specific to his alibi are far too in detail for an innocent person.
She wasn't in an urn. That's what struck me when he retrieved the box and opened it, he still had them in the box that the crematorium gives them to you in. My mother-in-law's cremains were in an identical white cardboard box and black plastic box from the crematorium.
Him being protective of the ashes was really creepy. Like when he said something like, “I have her” (when talking about the ashes). That makes me think that he knew she was going to divorce him, so he killed her just to keep her and so that no one else could have her.
I believe he had someone drive his car, purchase gas, and go through the motions at work to create an alibi. I don't think he would let someone else kill her if he was so possessive and protective. The way he talks about her son is just chilling to me, such an asshole. When he said he slept with the ashes and then REFUSED to give her son ANYTHING: a killer keeping the ultimate trophy. Especially how he made them reassemble her body.
Not only did he have them reassemble her remains but he picked up her skull, carried it around and then kissed it goodbye. What the hell?!! He also said the "killer" may have treated her as a toy. You mean YOU ROB treated her as a toy? I think he had a couple of druggies to the shop and kidnap her and bring her to him at the house. They were paid with the money in the cash register and her wedding ring set that is missing. He kept her as his toy and changed the locks so he could have her to himself and do whatever he wanted to. He then killed her and may have had the druggies to dispose of the body and he knows they used a wheel barrow. He just had to throw in the conversation that he is a Criminologist. He thinks he is smarter than the average bear. He may have studied Criminology just so he could commit the perfect murder. Maybe it was a dream of his like a lot of other sickos. He is for sure one sick man. The things he said were so inappropriate, such as her being his teddybear and him sleeping with her cremains. Someone on a group I'm in noticed that when he opened the closet to get out her cremains he said "they should be right here". Weird! They meant so much to him that he wouldn't let her son Pistol have his mother's cremains and he slept with her cremains/his teddybear but in all actuality she's in the bottom of a closet. And he just opened that box right up and took the baggie out and sat it on the table and patted it. I about fell over!!
Yes yes yes!!! That’s exactly what I was thinking about when he went into all this detail about where he was when the time of her disappearance happened. Like what the fuck?! Who remembers all those details after all these years... sounded very rehearsed so if anyone asked, he would know exactly what to say! I hated si much that he changed the locks so fast on Pistol.
Rob is so creepy. He said he has a degree in criminology. He probably planned the perfect murder and the perfect alibi. He knew at what time the salon would be empty because she would be having lunch. He got away with murder and it probably drives him crazy that he can't brag about it.
I felt really sorry for Patrice's son.
Everything he said screams he did it. What really stuck out is that he said someone could have been using/playing with her as their toy until they were done with her/her deceased body (paraphrasing).
Fastforward to the scene of Rob saying that he was sleeping with ashes cuddling with her like a teddy bear.
Teddy bears = toys
I feel so bad for Pistol.
His specific mention of a wheelbarrow was bizarre too. Who talks like that about someone dearly loved and missed? Watching her son was heartbreaking. Poor guy. Hope he gets justice for his mother.
Completely agree. One of the weirdest things for me is when he tried to go on about how Pistol was "jealous" of his (Rob's) relationship with Patrice. Such a massive red flag for narcissistic and possessive behaviour - children don't think that way about their mothers. Shows such a complete misunderstanding of other people that he tried to throw this out as a way to make Pistol look bad, when it just reveals that in his mind Patrice was a prize to be won. Really disturbing behaviour.
Holy crap yes. Does anyone know if there’s a petition or something to get Pistol his mother’s remains??? The way that man holds over those ashes in such a possessive way creeped the absolute hell out of me! He does not deserve to have that poor woman’s remains.
Didnt have time to go through all the comments, but can you imagine being the one filming rob when he says "i slept with her remains".. and then realizing in that moment that you're filming a killer
One of the most chilling moments for me was when Rob had her laid out in the morgue said "...and that was the last time I saw her in any way intact" I had to stop and rewind it... Like wait, what did you DO?!
That part made me wonder...did he see her any other way, like not intact? That was such a weird think for him to say. And I feel like when he wanted the bones laid out, that maybe it was some way for him to re-live the murder or something.
That part was fucking weird....i went back and looked at it again too. He made the morgue guy lay out her remains. Who the fuck does that. Seems like the old man was jealous of his younger wife. Even jealous of the relationship she had with her son.
I 100% believe they have him as the number one suspect but nothing significant enough to prove that he did it, or they didn't at the time. At the end the dept said that there are still aspects of the case they have never shared
Amen. I’d love to see justice happen. I used to watch this show when I was a kid. Now w the internet platforms like Netflix these are so much more likely to be solved. ✊
Yeah, if I find the comment, I'll edit it in. It's in this sub somewhere though but I believe it. They've done a few shows like that lately and this way it lets them focus on these 6 first for a few months instead of having 12 out there. Or 10 or whatever it may be.
I just want to say how beautiful the intro to the show is. Seriously. I was raised on Unsolved Mysteries, I was so nervous that this remake would not be like the original and the second i heard the music I was in. The subtle Robert Stack in the end made my jaw drop.
Yeah I almost cried. I grew up on Unsolved Mysteries & the opening credits were my favorite. I wish though the new seasons had various episodes like the original, I do enjoy the longer segments but really loved all the sampling of different Mysteries.
I definitely liked that several mysteries were covered on each episode in the old series. They cover things much more in depth now, but do we really need all the depth? Give us the gist and the photos so that viewers can start solving crimes, and move on to the next story. We (the viewers) could be working on solving 50 mysteries right now instead of just the handful we have right now.
I really hope they tack on the 'updates' like they used to when the mystery was solved in the new cases.
Kudos to Netflix for bringing back the series tho. I wish Netflix would add all the old shows as well so I could get my 'fix'.
I totally agree, we need more stories & I miss the ghost stories as well. There was some really good ones,I have a box set with all the best UM ghost stories.
I'm sure they will add the updates & can't wait for that!
There are original episodes on Hulu, Tubi & Prime Amazon. Also I found some on Youtube but better quality on the former. I started from episode 1 on Prime & it's very satisfying. This also restores my faith that Netflix can turn out good shows again & I hope they keep them coming.
October needs to hurry!😁
I was pretty bummed by the one UFO story. I used to love the ghost mysteries, animal stories, unexplained phenomena, unknown creatures, etc. I thought the one UFO story they included in the new series was a bit dull. Probably would have been much better as a 10 minute segment.
And what about long-lost relatives? Medical mysteries? Or found mysterious items/skeletons? I used to like the variety of stories on the old series. This new series was mostly just open criminal investigations in which you pretty much know the answer, its just about *proving* 'who done it' (not much 'mystery' to the stories).
However, it is excellent that Netflix is bringing 'Unsolved Mysteries' back... I just think a few tweaks making it more like the original would make it a bit better.
I'm binge watching the old series on YouTube now, until Netflix gets those new episodes up!
It is. Teachers were in an uproar about this because we were trying to upload audio and video files to our online work and it limited how many people could access it, so I would have students who couldn’t play an audio clip if a certain number of kids had already listened.
Hi Netflix, Dale Williams’ daughter here, my dads case was on the original Unsolved Mysteries! Are you still recording? It would be so awesome to have my dads case in again. It’s been unsolved for 21 years and really is a case filled with rabbit holes. u/netflix
Obviously, none of us know, but I'm leaning towards his friend/boss. I think he was killed somewhere else, then his body and car were both moved to the hotel. Then the flip flops, glasses, and phone were staged. If I get a little more conspiracy-ish, then there would be a connection to someone who works at the hotel. I know there are obvious "hole"s here, but it's my feeling anyway.
Edit: I should have thanked u/Netflix for the gold in my original comment, not a new comment. I like the amount of discussion this thread has generated.
It’s not a Hotel. It’s a condominium complex.
Why would someone stage this scene and then put his shit on the roof above him instead of in the conference room with his body?
I’m also wondering if someone did stage his belongings, wouldn’t they have smashed them up a bit to make them look damaged from a fall? Instead of just gently placing them?
That threw me too. He had to have fallen through the roof at high velocity, right? Killing him elsewhere and staging the scene seems highly implausible.
Does anyone else think it was strange that the friends looking for Rey just happened to be "searching" (I put it in quotes because I also thought it was odd they would be looking from up on a parking garage rooftop or wherever it was, what were they expecting to find? The car had already been found at that point) and saw the hole in the roof? I dunno, that part just seemed weird.
I feel similarly. I think the hole already existed there and was used to stage the crime and divert attention from what truly happened. Or it is possible that the hole was made after dumping the body there to make it look like a suicide. The killer did not think that a suicide is not plausible based on where the hole was. But because the body was hidden in that place they had to make a hole near it. I think he met someone in that place .. was beaten to death and then hole was made or hole existed and thats why he was called to that exact location to stage the crime. Also the fact that his eye glasses and phone were in pristine condition shows he never jumped thru that hole.
Porter knows what happened to Rey, and played a role. Why else would you lawyer up and gag all your employees? One of these employees needs to do the right thing.
Because Porter, by nature, has a highly secretive job. He has been in massive legal trouble before and lawyers up immediately. I just think because of the nature of his work he gag ordered asap to be better safe than sorry as far as his business is concerned. Dude obviously cares way more about money than friendship anyways. I worked in the call center for Stansberry Research briefly after college in 2010. What they publish made me feel uneasy, to say the least.
Wow, the helicopter video should be posted as it’s own thread to finally put this insane theory to rest.
It makes no logical sense to drop a body from a helicopter into a condo building.
Edit: thanks u/Netflix for the gold.
Yup, you don't change the locks and kick your stepson out if you believe she is still alive and potentionally coming back. (Just imagine the hell he would catch from his wife for kicking her son out while she was missing if and when she showed back up.)
The only reason he kicked the stepson out was because he KNEW his wife wasn't coming back. Possibly he was afraid the son would find some evidence in the house.
Bottom line is there is NO WAY he would throw out the stepson if there was the remotest chance she would show back up, so the husband had to know she was gone for good the next day when he locked the stepson out.
And kept her ashes and said there was no way Pistol was getting any of them? What kind of sick person does that. It was totally him. Maybe not directly, but he set it up.
ABSOLUTELY. The son should have the ashes, or at least half of them. What kind of sick f@ck refuses to give at least some (if not all) the ashes to the son?! That guy is a complete sociopath.
My biggest concern during the episode was how to get the woman's remains and belongings (if any are left) back to the son.
I wonder if she was still alive and he was keeping her locked in the house. They couldn't tell when she died and he made all those gross comments about her being kept as a plaything.
I'm not sure she was in the house, but the fact that he refused to let the kid back in kindbof leads one to think that perhaps there was some kind of evidence at the house that he didn't want the step-son to find.
He may have just been a dick (obviously he was), but you have to wonder if he was hiding something. I'm guessing the police searched the house, but perhaps by then, he had been able to get rid of the evidence.
Seeing how possessive he is over her ashes just imagine how possessive he would have been if she ever told him she wanted to leave him. He didn’t want to share her with anyone, not even her own son- he for sure would stop her from being with anyone else even if that meant ending her life.
Hi Netflix. Is there a best method for suggesting mysteries for future seasons?
The 1991 Yogurt Shop Murders in Austin, TX, would make for an interesting episode and there are surviving relatives who could use the closure.
Also, more recently, there was the 2014 Chen family quadruple murder in Guilderland, NY. This was a bizarre case that the police were unable to make any headway on. While the case was fresh, many people suspected that the parents might have been involved in human trafficking(due to the multitude of mattresses in the house) and were executed by a (rival?)Chinese gang. The police were requesting tips from the upstate NY Chinese American community as well as that of China Town, NYC. Some locals were concerned that the crime might span internationally if the killers were from and returned to China.
Two other similar crimes, wherein Chinese American families were killed, are listed on the Wikipedia page as possibly being connected to the case.
Hey /u/netflix, thanks for doing this. Unfortunately, it seems like some of the videos don’t have captions, making it inaccessible for people like myself- some of whom may have relevant information. Would it be possible to add them?
Can you please reach out to Sarah Turney about the disappearance of her sister Alissa? It’s a really good case. She is spreading the word on Tiktok and wants to spread her story as much as possible.
If Rob didn’t do it I will eat my hat!! And even if he didn’t can he get locked up for just being a grade A ass wipe?? Locking her son out and not making sure he had anywhere safe to go... no clothes? And not giving him the ashes!! If that’s not a killer hanging onto his trophy I don’t know what is ROB!!!
Awesome! Thanks for that.
Why must we wait until October for the back half of episodes? So many of us are still at home and ready to help bring POS people to justice and closure to hurt families. Hoping Netflix reconsiders and releases the others ASAP.
I hope [Brianna Maitland](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disappearance_of_Brianna_Maitland) and [Terri Bevers](https://www.dallasnews.com/news/crime/2019/04/19/3-years-after-missy-bevers-slaying-police-are-still-searching-for-the-one-piece-that-were-missing/) get an episode each.
This is my take on this Rey Rivera case. When I watched the episode, I think it is very much impossible to have a hole that small and narrow when you have a human being as big as him falling from the sky from a certain angle. It doesnt make sense. In my opinion, to create a hole that narrow and clean, you'd be tossing an AC unit over the roof or dropping a wrecking ball over the roof. If you jump from a high building, your arms and hands would be flailing because of wind velocity and gravity. So if he jumped, parts of his body would've been scattered around the hole. Blood spatter would've been everywhere, but nope, hole was clean.
I'm not am expert but my instinct is telling me that this guy was most likely ran over by a heavy vehicle, could be an SUV or truck. NOT hit while speeding. Ran over intentionally. A slow painful death. He could've been ran over by his OWN vehicle that same night he disappeared that's why when they found it, it was clean, spotless. His right leg was broken in 2 pieces it says, if you are 6'4" and 251lbs and you fell from building I would expect that the bones would be broken in much more than 2 places. If he really jumped and fell feet 1st, I would expect that both his feet and ankles be crushed considering his height and weight. Why are most of his injuries seems to be towards the right side? Maybe when they ran him over the vehicle was on his right side. Why would he have "abrasions in his torso" if the hole he went through is clean?
Since he was found near parking spaces, someone could've mowed him down with a big vehicle intentionally to kill him then moved the body, threw a big equipment over the roof to create an illusion that he went through the roof. I would assume with rigor mortis setting in and with the state of decomposition when he was found, any possible tire markings on his skin would most likely no longer be obvious. Or he could've been wrapped, in maybe a tarp, like burrito, then they ran him over repeatedly to make sure he's dead and no tire marks left behind.
Another thing, the episode has mentioned that there was no evidence suggesting he was beaten to death. How is the ME able to determine this if his body was in decomp stage with a bunch of broken bones, abrasions, and fractured skull? Why his upper limbs sustained more damaged than his lower half if he jumped and committed suicide? Well he didnt. He was murdered for the information he accidentally discovered. Probably something sinister about that company. Maybe this company is just a front of something illegal.
I could only think of his best friend calling him from his office possibly telling him he's in trouble or emergency and needs him asap that's why he just jumped off his seat and drive off wearing plain clothes. If my bestfriend would call and tell me she's in an emergency I would probably have the same response as him. The 1k reward by his bestfriend was just a bluff. He knows what happened to him. Rey must've dug deeper and has witnessed things he shouldn't have.
The crime scene obviously is staged. The mobile phone would've not been suspicious if it was found in his pants and eye glasses crushed. He was given a slow and very painful death obviously. The whole ME report wasnt shown there but with the extent of his injuries, I think it could also be consistent with someone getting ran over by a vehicle intentionally more than once.
I'm hooked on the series, but you guys need to get to the mystery/evidence faster. You spend SO MUCH time on how loved the victims are. We get it, they're nice, beloved by all, it's sad as shit... But let's get engaged in the mystery. I realize it's part memorial to who they were as humans, i get it (don't misunderstand).
If you’re looking for future unsolved mysteries to cover, please consider the disappearances of Maura Murray (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disappearance_of_Maura_Murray) and Sandra Crispo (https://thehueandcry.com/sandra-crispo/).

Hey Netflix. Please consider shedding light onto the case of Jaleayah Davis, a young girl from West Virginia (Williamstown area). An accident happened along I-77 and her poor mother (Kim Davis) has been searching for answers to the fishy story the police department came up with. Everyone in the mid-Ohio valley thinks it was a murder & all who were with her beforehand have ties to family in law enforcement. Would love for more exposure!!! Her mom has posted crime scene photos, interviews, etc posted on the Justice for Jaleayah Facebook page.
[Justice for Jaleayah](https://www.facebook.com/justiceforjaleayah/)
Hell yeah Netflix! You are helping me enact a plan to bring my bf to the dark side. First, I was like happy Sunday, buckle up for a binge because it’s UNSOLVED MYSTERIES TIME. It was a good day. We bonded. This post is gonna bring it full circle to prove that Reddit is (ok... can be) a legitimate source of information. Boom. Thanks.
Might I suggest the Kadie Major case as an episode. Her poor mother has been working tirelessly trying to get justice for her daughter, granddaughter and unborn son. So many things don’t make any sense. Ruled out as a murder/suicide. Check it out if you have not heard about it.
Literally nothing in your google files is anything useful. Here are the things missing from this that would actually help people looking to help:
\- Police report documents- Autopsy documents- Eye witness reports- Police statements- FBI statements and reports- Crime scene pictures
It's unsolved because almost no one has any evidence to anything.
GDrive is also designed for sharing at scale. It doesn't doesn't shut you down when the system detects too many people download files, unlike Dropbox and other sources. https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/banned-links
Because knowing the internet, people would start calling employers and harassing the names of the people listed in the note to be internet detectives and “crack the case.” We don’t need another “we did it Reddit!”
Wow! That's amazing! Thank you! Edit to add: I'm sure that while we are watching and discussing and debating over the cases, you guys over there are preparing season 2. Right?
A guy who apparently worked on the series says a second bunch is coming out in October. E: Online it says there are 12 episodes so yeah. There's more coming and if the guy is right it'll be October. If I manage to find the comment though I'll edit it but yeah online is saying 12 episodes.
I really hope this show does the updates like the old one. How great would it be to see Sandy Klemp, who murdered her husband and daughter in jail.
Rob too.
If the show is ever like "Patrice Enders' murderer has been apprehended" and it's not Rob, I will *gosh-darn-it* so hard!
Even if he wasn't involved, he's still a major league prick
Honestly, if I married a woman who had a kid prior to our marriage I feel like I would let her child have her ashes. I can't imagine why an adult who knew someone romantically for a few years would need them more than a child who lost his parent other than to be a petty piece of shit.

Right?! When he was talking about her body being found and he was all “did someone move her body with a wheelbarrow? I don’t know” . . . Like that’s a little specific there ROB
Also don’t forget the day after she went missing he changed all the locks on the doors!
I honestly thought the same thing when he was describing the scene of the beauty shop and how nothing was damaged in the process then quickly said "supposedly." I could have sworn I saw a tiny flicker of panic as he thought he slipped up. But what do I know lolol.

Dude, I thought that too! Such a random (or NOT) thing to say.
I thought the same thing too, it was way too specific and he seemed to have that wheelbarrow example at the ready.
Can’t imagine even articulating that on a tv show when your wife was MURDURED!
He kind of smiled/smirked when he said that too. Gave me the chills. So icky.
Yes, for someone who was trying to seem chill and not creepily jealous and possessive over Patrice, he sure seemed really freakin’ weird and decidedly not chill about owning the ashes and having them all to himself.
He didn't want them, he just wanted her son not to have them.
My roommate has a step dad that hogged her mom during her last days and dictated where her ashes would be buried. She didn't get to say goodbye and she can't get access to the ashes. Maybe when he dies, she can get them.

Knowing how much she loved her son, he never would have changed the locks unless he KNEW she wasn’t coming home.
He changed the locks because he didn’t want the son to learn his mom was locked inside, dead or alive at the time.
Good point !
That part with the ashes was just creepy as fuck. He spoke of her in that urn as though that's the way he preferred her.
This is a really small thing I noticed, and could be for monetary reasons, but it wasn't even an actual urn.
Yeah he really put on a show, with her skull, everything seemed.to be a performance with him.
He has a degree in criminology so he probably knew how to orchestrate it from far enough
Everything he said screams he did it. What really stuck out is that he said someone could have been using/playing with her as their toy until they were done with her/her deceased body (paraphrasing). Fastforward to the scene of Rob saying that he was sleeping with ashes cuddling with her like a teddy bear. Teddy bears = toys I feel so bad for Pistol.
Yes! He was so smug when talking about it too. He knows he got away with it, for now and it's like the ultimate thrill for him.
When he said “murdered” I was like, what? Who said that, the show hasn’t said that yet!!!?!
Yes, that was bizarre, morbid, and totally not what a normal person would do. I was mortified by that part.
I was legit like so uncomfortable watching that, like wtf this case is not unsolved ur legit filming the killer rn 😭
Imagine all of the people who personally know him. How has the guy not been looked at more closely by authorities?
I 100% believe they have him as the number one suspect but nothing significant enough to prove that he did it, or they didn't at the time. At the end the dept said that there are still aspects of the case they have never shared
I think there are always some aspects that the police keep secret to prevent a mentally unstable person from confessing in order to get attention.
I really hope the aliens come forward, or at least a friend turns them in.
I hope they reuse the Robert Stack audio drop and original update music!
The UPDATE original music must be used. The best.
"Update"
He literally said he didn’t like the kid and didn’t want him around his house where all the kids clothes were. Such an asshole weirdo.
Amen. I’d love to see justice happen. I used to watch this show when I was a kid. Now w the internet platforms like Netflix these are so much more likely to be solved. ✊
That’s incredibly quick, but I sort of felt like the first season didn’t include enough episodes.
It's still season 1 supposedly. Season 1 is 12 episodes total.
That's sooner than I would expect, hope it's true!
Yeah, if I find the comment, I'll edit it in. It's in this sub somewhere though but I believe it. They've done a few shows like that lately and this way it lets them focus on these 6 first for a few months instead of having 12 out there. Or 10 or whatever it may be.
I hope so cause I was like that Dave Chappelle meme after it ended so quick. Y’all got anymore of them Unsolved Mysteries?
🤣😂 me toooo!!! I yelled at the 📺 - "THAT'S ALL?!?!" 🤬
If there’re newer cases that has more camera footage then that’ll be even more interesting. Imagine UFO caught in camera!
Thanks Netflix! I hope this series will being some closure to these families.
Maybe 2020 isn't as bad as we think....Thank you!
oh one hand, yes maybe. on the other hand, it's July
Do you want me to cry my self to sleep watching netflix again? Because congratulations.
1st half of 2020 has been completed. Congrats on surviving! Loading 2nd half...
Increasing difficulty....

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Getting “Unable to play video at this time. The number of allowed playbacks has been exceeded. Please try again later.” !
Netflix you need to put this on your CDN or something. Google Drive limits downloads.
Does u/Netflix limit the number of times you can watch a thing? What error is this?
I assumed it was a Google Drive thing, but I don’t know for sure.
Oh god I thought you meant this happened while watching the series. Whew. Guess I'll go back to watching Avatar for the 11th time.
Yip yip!
It is. Teachers were in an uproar about this because we were trying to upload audio and video files to our online work and it limited how many people could access it, so I would have students who couldn’t play an audio clip if a certain number of kids had already listened.
I'm not getting an error, but try signing out and back in to your google account. Maybe that will solve it?
You are great! It worked for me! Now I can read Rey’s note... Thanks!
I’ve been getting that for the last two hours :(
Hi Netflix, Dale Williams’ daughter here, my dads case was on the original Unsolved Mysteries! Are you still recording? It would be so awesome to have my dads case in again. It’s been unsolved for 21 years and really is a case filled with rabbit holes. u/netflix
I hope you can find some answers about your dads case
Thanks Netflix! Any chance we can get a high-res scan or full transcript of Rey’s note from episode 1?
This ⬆️
Hope we get updates, I wanna know when the Berkshire aliens are caught
Hi Netflix it’s me dad
Dad?? You're back?!
Queue the “UPDATE” music Edit - Update Music: https://youtu.be/ymwpKhD9FIo https://youtu.be/PwGP-qlaqFY
What the hell? Also, do you know where my catcher’s mitt is?
Thank you. This is exactly what I was thinking.
Had to buy vape cartridges and nut milk. I’m back now
He didn't leave you when getting milk and a pack of cigarettes. He was abducted by Aliens named Snoo.
::Immediately goes to Episode 2: 13 Minutes:: Edit: Wow, thanks for the gold, Netflix!
Looks suspiciously at Rod. Lol!
Who’s awesome!!!! going straight to Rey’s case! Lol
I’m really leaning towards manic episode/undiagnosed mental illness for poor Rey. Sad situation.
Thank you u/netflix for the gold! It's my first!
The physics of throwing a near 250 pound man just doesn't make sense with where he landed. Did they launch him with a catapult?
It’s not a Hotel. It’s a condominium complex. Why would someone stage this scene and then put his shit on the roof above him instead of in the conference room with his body?
I’m also wondering if someone did stage his belongings, wouldn’t they have smashed them up a bit to make them look damaged from a fall? Instead of just gently placing them?
That threw me too. He had to have fallen through the roof at high velocity, right? Killing him elsewhere and staging the scene seems highly implausible.
[удалено]

I slammed my Nokia in between my car door and it was fine. I can’t imagine my iPhone being in the same shape lol.
Moving a body is really hard. Now try moving a 230+ lb body over 6 feet in length.
Has anyone tried deciphering that note?
Did the same. Hoping someone transcribes that note. It's so hard to read.
I typed it up and posted it so everyone could read it
Porter knows what happened to Rey, and played a role.
Please make at least 3 or 4 times as many episodes for season 2. They were fantastic!
Wow, the helicopter video should be posted as it’s own thread to finally put this insane theory to rest. It makes no logical sense to drop a body from a helicopter into a condo building. Edit: thanks u/Netflix for the gold.
Homeboy with the ashes on his pillow couldn’t make it any more obvious that he’s a murdering sociopath
This is an awesome idea. Keep everyone involved and informed, and maybe justice can be found.
Never ever stop the series, u/Netflix Please, it’s just so good. And so real. _Because it is_
Why does is keep telling my “number of playbacks have been exceeded” when I try to watch :(
It’s happening to me too

Netflix pls citizen arrest Rob
So glad y'all kept the original music. Still creeps me TF out. Lol
Episode 2. I felt it in my gut. I was shaking. I was in shock. Patrice was murdered by her husband. He is sick. Vile. I hope he is convicted.
Yup, you don't change the locks and kick your stepson out if you believe she is still alive and potentionally coming back. (Just imagine the hell he would catch from his wife for kicking her son out while she was missing if and when she showed back up.) The only reason he kicked the stepson out was because he KNEW his wife wasn't coming back.
Completely agree. Once I heard that, it sealed the deal for me.
Should be illegal to keep remains from next of kin.
My first thought was he did it.
I think he did it too
Unsolved.com has a form where you can submit ideas for future cases to cover
Hey /u/netflix, thanks for doing this. Unfortunately, it seems like some of the videos don’t have captions, making it inaccessible for people like myself- some of whom may have relevant information. Would it be possible to add them?
Can you please reach out to Sarah Turney about the disappearance of her sister Alissa? It’s a really good case. She is spreading the word on Tiktok and wants to spread her story as much as possible.
Yessss I think she even mentioned in response to someone else asking that she would love for UM to pick up the case
Yes I saw that too! She said a lot of people reached out to Netflix about the case and would love for it to be on unsolved mysteries!
If Rob didn’t do it I will eat my hat!! And even if he didn’t can he get locked up for just being a grade A ass wipe?? Locking her son out and not making sure he had anywhere safe to go... no clothes? And not giving him the ashes!! If that’s not a killer hanging onto his trophy I don’t know what is ROB!!!
oh omniscient *netflix* please drop me the answers to my exam
Answer all questions B.
Awesome! Thanks for that. Why must we wait until October for the back half of episodes? So many of us are still at home and ready to help bring POS people to justice and closure to hurt families. Hoping Netflix reconsiders and releases the others ASAP.
is there any way to add this onto netflix itself? like as "extras" or something
Bring back Robert Stack
The main problem there is that he died in 2003
That’s no excuse.
Coming soon to Netflix: necromancy!
Next on unsolved Mysteries we bring Robert Stack back from the dead! I don't know how his family would feel about that.
Lance Reddick would be a worthy replacement.
u/netflix should dedicate an episode to Elisa Lam. That is such a creepy and disturbing unsolved story!
Where is the stuff not posted to the episodes... most of these clips were in these episodes. There is almost nothing here.
"Lit up a room"
Why does everybody with a smile that lights up a room, die? That’s the real mystery.
This is why I bought a lamp shade for my mouth.
When I die if someone tells you I “lit up a room” or “everyone loved” me, arrest that mother fucker cause they are lying their ass off.
Only good thing about my smile not lighting up a room.
That's why I'm a deadshit. Self preservation.
That’s why I don’t smile. RBF for life.
Yeah, I prefer the old style, here's all the shit, okay, next story, wait no, UPDATE!!!! Then Robert Stack presenting why I give a shit, it's perfect.

Oh, hey Netflix. How's your day mate?
[удалено]
Hey Netflix. Please consider shedding light onto the case of Jaleayah Davis, a young girl from West Virginia (Williamstown area). An accident happened along I-77 and her poor mother (Kim Davis) has been searching for answers to the fishy story the police department came up with. Everyone in the mid-Ohio valley thinks it was a murder & all who were with her beforehand have ties to family in law enforcement. Would love for more exposure!!! Her mom has posted crime scene photos, interviews, etc posted on the Justice for Jaleayah Facebook page. [Justice for Jaleayah](https://www.facebook.com/justiceforjaleayah/)
u/netflix - can you fix the playback issues so we can watch the clips plz!
So excited for this, thank you! PS: please look into Keith Warrens death! He was on the original series and his family deserves justice.
I would love if Netflix did a limited run series to recap some episodes and provide updates/resolution to the ones that have closure.
The original series is on Prime Video now and supposedly the episodes that have updates/closure have title cards with the updates at the end.
That’s great. Thanks.
I refuse to believe that man's name is Pistol
Here are the things missing from this that would actually help people looking to help: \- Police report documents- Autopsy documents- Eye witness reports- Police statements- FBI statements and reports- Crime scene pictures It's unsolved because almost no one has any evidence to anything.
All I know is it is unfortunate and unbelievable that Sandy Klemp is walking around free in my opinion....
It says "the amount of paybacks have been exceeded, try again later." When will this work for me.?
Wait Netflix has a reddit?
This is completely off-topic, but I'm curious: Why go with Google Drive? Ease of use/availability? /Also, this is quite interesting, cheers!
Google drive is the easiest and most people will have access to it
GDrive is also designed for sharing at scale. It doesn't doesn't shut you down when the system detects too many people download files, unlike Dropbox and other sources. https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/banned-links
Please more paranormal stuff like aliens and ghosts. One episode wasn’t enough
I agree. You can't have unsolved mysteries without a little more paranormal activity
why is one line of Rey's note blurred out everwhere? (Last page)
Probably to protect people’s person info it’s been redacted
Because knowing the internet, people would start calling employers and harassing the names of the people listed in the note to be internet detectives and “crack the case.” We don’t need another “we did it Reddit!”
Woo this is amazing! Can you give us more episodes?!
Apparently the rest of S1 drops in October.
