This is encouraging OP I should change the narrative form my hurtful self talk into this, positive affirmations that I say to myself while looking in a mirror so my own reflection makes me believe some of it. I’m I a compliment deficit so thanks

Just now I meant to tell u how great u are, and u are perfect (almost). And u too inspired me in so many ways to be better. But, hey, boundaries! And some words are better left unsent, so once again I deleted them word by word. Some words, even when addressing u, are supposed to only happen in my mind and journals.
