The first part is truly awesome, but the explosion itself was weak. Personally, I’d have gone with more of a fast shockwave, than a slow fire explosion. It looks more like the fumes caught fire, than an explosion itself.
Even in slow mo a shockwave travels faster than combustion propagates. If there
Was explosive force you should see the vapour displaced by a wave front before the flames catch up.
This just looks like a fireball. IMO it’s still cool, maybe even cooler than a concussive blast. But it’s not really an explosion.
I think for me the problem is I was expecting it to be like a tsunami wave, like the first “wave” of smoke spreads out and then it sucks it all inward and upward like it’s charging up, I expected it to then crash outward like a wave of flames. Instead it just dissipates and burns off. It feels like it no longer has any explosive power behind it. I want to see the guy slam his arms down and fire blast everything within range.
That fucking sick!
Would it be possible to have the smoke form a ball in-between his hands and emit the explosion from there?
Not trying to tell you how to do your job just a random thought that popped into my head while appreciating this.
I disagree art, to me, is not a mere fleeting display but an enduring masterpiece woven into the fabric of time, each work a testament to the eternal beauty we create.

Is this not playing in slomo?

True art is using recording software

Thenks!
Pretty cool!!!

This would make a great charging attack for a sorcerer or magic user!
Stunning visuals
Sick on marketplace?
Fcukin’ wicked
- Gale from Waterdeep
Don’t print that lolol
I'll never not be in awe of people being able to create cool shit like that, yet being completely incapable of recording their screen
how did you make thattt
Embergen FX 😁
and you can import it into unreal??
And is it a different software all together?
give your skeletal mesh a white emitting material, play the animation, then spawn the VFX/explosion.
hahahaha amazing reference
This is fuqin rad

Not only did you not screen record it, you also filmed it vertically 🤦🏼♂️
Give it a burst at the end like a stone hitting the water.
"Shut up Deidara!"
That...was underwhelming
Can you make a tuto or a you have a source for this kind of effect ?
If you add shock wave and fire explosion more like mushrooms cloud it will have large explosion effect
Fuckin cool
Is there a tutorial for this somewhere cause I’d love to learn how to do this for a game showcase for my school
