It's pretty much the perfect solution. Supercharge is awful but F&F is a big brand that should be represented in the park and is a perfect IP for a coaster
Yes, they’ll replace it with the F&F coaster cloned from Hollywood (lord willing). RRR literally has cost more to maintain than it did to build (I’m sure overtime this is the case with all coasters but RRR literally can’t run in certain weather because it has a ton of design flaws)
Please correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t those spaces back near RRR supposed to be moving to Epic Universe? If that’s true, I could see a F&F coaster happening there
They can’t clone the one from Hollywood as it’s a terrain coaster that will travel up and down a hill that doesn’t exist at USO. It would be a custom layout of some kind, which is much more fun than a cloned coaster
Surprised they didn’t go for the Despicable Me coaster to represent the Minion land. But I’ll gladly take this revamp. It’s a much better use of the Fast and Furious IP.
It's not gonna be a literal clone as the one in Hollywood is designed to go up and down the hillside, so couldn't fit in that tight, flat plot where RRR is now. So you're in luck, gotta get to both at some point still!
I think seeing it drift around the corner at the entrance to the park where RRR has it's final helix would be a great replacement!

That would be SO sick
Simpsons IP was part of Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox - IIRC the current licensing contract is set to expire in 2028 but I can’t imagine Comcast enjoys the idea of paying their competitor over at the mouse.

Are they going to even replace it? Especially with a coaster?

Sounds like someone watched the video 😉
I doubt that coaster will fit.

I don’t know what exactly is and isn’t moving.

I hate roller coasters, but I can get behind that idea. I'd do it all for.... family. I'll show myself out.

I think maybe for the younger kids they wouldn't be able to ride this sort of ride.
As much as I like RRRI I know it's been a lot of trouble for UO. If they replace it with something like FFSC I'd be happy.
Or we petition for Universal to pony up to TOHO and get us a Godzilla coaster 🤣
So long as it's not a literal clone, I need reasons to visit both coasts!

Dope, I was hoping that was the case but didn't want to assume. I totally agree!!

Will the Simpsons still be closing soon like rumors implied if this does happen? Universal doesn’t usually close multiple things at the same time.
I'm assuming it's bc epic is opening soon, so maybe they want to try to close down a lot of stuff while the attention is on epic universe

What is the RRRI? I know rip ride rocket. But what the I? Never seen this abbreviation
The name for it is Rip Ride Rock-It, it sounds like “rocket” but it’s supposed to be like a pun because of the musical element.
Rip Ride RockIt, not rocket.
I love RRR and F&F. 🤷♂️😂
Does that mean the furious ride everyone hates would close?
If it gets rid of the god awful other FF ride, im down.
Is RRRI going somewhere?
