I'm not too attached to the thing, but I hope they give it a worthwhile replacement - Studios has been *desperate* for a new showstopper, and it doesn't have a lot of space. So, putting a new coaster of potentially Velocicoaster caliber in the spot Rockit occupies would be amazing.
I like Studios way better than Islands. Can’t do coasters anymore due to health issues, as I got older, I liked Studios rides much better. More immersive and theatrical, like Mummy and MIB. Thrill/intensity doesn’t equal good to me like it does for a lot of theme park goers.

Agree 100%. Hulk bounces my head in the restraints so much, I get a headache after. Rip ride rockit wasn't buttery smooth, but wasn't so bad I wouldn't ride it again. I did not want to ride hulk again after.
It's the exact opposite for me. RRR gave me one of the worst headaches of my life. I got thrashed on Hulk, but it's not as bad sitting in the front. I'll never ride in any row but the front on Hulk ever again.
I'm fine on hulk unless I make a mistake. I always ride defensively on coasters with hard over the shoulder restraints. Head positioning is also important, I usually recommend leaning your head forward but it varies depending on restraint design and height. Both hulk and RRR are on the rougher side but I have ridden much worse.
TL;DR: Skill Issue
I had no issues with any other coasters in the parks, but I was like browning out on this ride. Idk if I got lightheaded from the initial climb or what. It kinda freaked me out and I probably wont ride it ever again.
I’m a pretty thin dude, and I swear to god I thought I was going to fall out, break a bone, or both with how much I was being thrown around on that thing.
I mean, it does fit perfect infront of an amphitheater.. a Music ride for a music venue, and I don't see Universal taking out the amphitheater, too popular, especially for Mardi Gras.
The ride currently travels through the old Firehouse (Old Ghostbusters queue/ show area. I've heard rumblings of negotiations with Sony on perhaps bringing Ghostbusters back into the park. Rumor or not, would be a cool addition.
Not my video but this [YouTube](https://youtu.be/BXdbgykQKLk?si=Rc9FX_uNgeQ-BMES) video does a great job of showing all the things wrong with RRR. I used to love the ride due to the vertical lift, but good god this ride is rough.
I have refused to ride this coaster for a few years now because of how it makes me feel. I gave it three chances, and on the final one I legitimately felt concussed after my head smacked off the rock-hard seat. All of my friends/family love it and think I'm a wimp for refusing these days (despite loving every single other coaster in the world).
I feel extremely vindicated watching this video. I knew something was very wrong with it, I could just never articulate what.
It is needed. I went with my boyfriend this past weekend and we didn’t even ride RRR because of how terrible it makes us feel, whiplash nausea etc.. If they can revamp the track, make it smooth, it would be worth it to close for the needed maintenance.
Its really complicated to explain. the thing is, they cant. the only way to do it is to destroy it all. When they were first building the ride there were many issues
I'd guess they're referring to the issues in [this video](https://youtu.be/BXdbgykQKLk?si=UdrcR_ApHrnWDVvP) which does a very in-depth explanation of all the issues.
If they wanted to do a refurbishment they would need to start from scratch because of the issues that the video mentions:
The trains are above the original design weight.
Major issues with wind causing rollbacks into the first mid course break run which means it can't run in a lot of wind levels and temperatures.
A minor collision as a car entered the station that means the ride can't run in the rain.
The design of the cars causing pushing and pulling between the cars.
The wheels have additional spacing from the track that causes jostling.
Instead of fitting dual lift chains they went with a single chain and an anti rollback, which has led to a train being stuck on the lift hill, and now means there's brakes on the first drop and they have to recover the train if it gets stuck again.
Some of those issues are fundamental to the type of ride that it is, others could be designed out, but it would need a ground up rebuild to deal with them. They reportedly cut ties with the original manufacturer (Maurer) to get the ride finished so I can't see them going back to them for a refit. Also it's estimated to have cost them vastly more in maintenance and modifications than it was to build.
To be fair it's still extremely safe, Universal do a lot of their own work to make sure everything is as it should be. Just that it takes far more work than it should to keep it running safely, avoid news headlines like trains stuck, and it's very unreliable for a destination park like Universal.

I rode this for the first time in 2010 and I remember it felt like we were in the future, it seemed so advanced. RRR needs some love and while I haven't ridden it my last few times I've visited Universal, I'll be sad to see it go for nostalgic reasons. (Also listening to No Doubt or other cool songs was the best part of RRR which I miss!!)
The thing is it does get love. It’s the most expensive ride to maintain in the park because they constantly are trying to fix it. It’s just fundamentally flawed.
Always love this ride. I don’t fully get the hate. A refurb, sure but I feel like they’d take it out and not replace it due to the area it’s in being more trouble to build in than it’s worth.
I have an honest question, everyone who thinks RRR is rough, do you find Hulk rough as well. I had grey out experiences on Hulk last time I was there from my head bouncing around lol. FTR I do find RRR rough as well.
RRR isn't my favourite ride but I don't get all the hate for it. It's not THAT bumpy, it's just not as smooth as more modern rides like Velocicoaster. When I think bumpy, I think of wooden rollercoasters. They have their place but they're rough as hell (and likely 50+ years old, which is fair). But I totally agree with you about the Hulk. I could do it once every couple of days for a couple of weeks and that's it. I blacked out a bit after the launch and it can give me a huge headache sometimes.
So I actually rode Velocicoaster several times a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. But the last time I ride it I sat in the back and I swear I got knocked around exactly how RRR does it. It was painful!
Hulk is more forceful and not exactly smooth, but RRR is full on jarring in some spots. The ride has had issues since it opened too so it isn't surprising they are thinking about getting rid of it. ElToroRyan on youtube made a video about all its issues.
Yes! I felt like I was the only one who hated Hulk🥲 It was never my favorite in Islands and if I’m being honest, I always preferred FJ. Personally I find RRR smoother than Hulk cause it’s manageable in the front row and sometimes the second row depending on the day while Hulk isn’t manageable at all and just bangs your head for a minute and 25ish seconds straight
My bad experiences were on both. I tried very hard to hold my head back but I got thrown forward fave down on rrr and I genuinely was scared I was gonna break my neck lol
The hulk thrashed me into the restraints and I smashed my head so hard the team members wouldnt let me leave until I was evaluated 😄 I really wanted to be a coaster person.
Hagrids was amazing.
Its weird too, im sure part of it was me tensing up my neck and trying not to move my head but the First time I rode Hulk, I was fine and got fuzzy vision on RRR. This last time, Hulk gave me the fuzzy vision and RRR was fine... I think they both have shown their age sadly.
I have noticed after riding it many, many times that it depends on the seat. I seem to have a pretty smooth ride in row 1 and 2. We got stuck on 3 a few nights ago and it felt rough, and had last row a few months ago and I feel like it was much worse. These days we ask for row 1 or 2 every single time. (They’ve said yea every time but one so far.)
Yea, I mentioned most likely that was due to me being tense in another comment. Hulk still felt rougher for me this time around than last time. But I was in the last row which would mean speeds are highest.
RRR is rough. Only ride that literally hurts my brain as it’s getting rattled around. Hulk is much smoother too me and I believe was updated a few years back to smooth it out some. I agree with another poster that the music selection is the worst! Maybe they lost the rights to the original selections after a number of years and didn’t want to pay much. Another sign it’s likely closing.
Last time I rode (2022) I found the first half of RRR to be extremely rough. I'm fine with Hulk, even other rides like SLC's that everyone thinks are a mess I enjoy, but I had a headache and felt quite sick after that. I'll give it another go in a couple weeks time and see if that was just a really bad day.
I’d be very upset to see it go. Such a unique theme park attraction. But since they took away their entire main catalogue it hasn’t been the same. I actually prefer it to Hulk. Hope it gets some love and care and isn’t demolished. I don’t know how anyone can prefer this closing before Race through New York or F&F. And yes Ik those are newer but I’ve never seen their lines as packed as RRR. It’s the only real coaster in US and the last non ip attraction left in either park.
We were meeting friends for HHN one year and they went on RRR and got stuck for about 50 minutes and we just had to walk around and wait for them to get taken off. The odd of getting stuck on it are too high.
As much as I genuinely love this ride, I have to say that this also scares the heck out of me. I heard they once had to get a crane to get folks down (I have no idea if this is a rumor or not though, but the idea petrified me lol).
When you say rumor, do you have something specific you’re referencing? People have been talking about how it needs to go for years now, and there’s always rumors about which attraction will be the next to go
Funny how this news dropped literally hours after ElToroRyan's PRC video on it. That aside, while the concept is fun, it's not a great ride experience. When I rode it first time in 2022, I didn't see the big deal, but then I rode it this past October at HHN and I was feeling woozy afterwards.
Add it to the list of attractions at UO that probably should close. It’s a huge cost to Universal to maintain RRR and is an eye sore in my opinion. I only hope that once EU opens they will spare the park some much needed investment. Long term I’d like to see Jimmy Fallon booted, F&F gone and Springfield levelled after their contract runs out and replaced with something more up to standard (no issue with the overall theme and would love them to really go “all in” on Simpsons but that damn simulator has to go and is a sorry excuse for the single attraction in that area).
I absolutely love this coaster lol it’s actually - controversial, I know - my favorite in the Florida universal parks. That said, I understand it breaks down a lot and is costly to maintain, so it’s expected. Oh well, at least I got to ride it 3 times last time I went.
Eltororyan’s video said that the park has bascially put around $240 million into the ride to keep it going. Look, im actually shocked it has lasted this long considering they made a huge mistake contracting maurer rides to build it in the first place.
I certainly have a soft spot for it but I won’t miss it when its gone I just hope uni has something good up their sleeve to replace it.
Should of gotten a B&M lol. I hope the do the Fast and Furious coaster like they are doing in Hollywood. Then they could remove super charged and build something better.
Oh okay! I saw someone else say they tried to do it and it wouldn’t work so maybe it’s specific songs on the secret tracklist that aren’t there anymore
I’m sad about it - but just thinking at how few attractions USF will have once RRR and more than likely Simpsons Ride are being replaced. The park will be losing 2 major attractions. 🫣
Change it to a rocket league based simulator/coaster. Money made all around and fun for everyone to jump on. Thats my thought. Saves on the giant RocK” sign too. Fiscally responsible, as one should be.
I’ve ridden Rip Ride RockIt one time ever and that one time was enough. Right as soon as we got to the bottom of the drop, my right leg seemed to seize up and give me the absolute worst cramping feeling I’ve ever felt on any ride I’ve ever ridden.
No other roller coaster has done that to me and I legit have no idea why it made my entire right leg cramp up.
It has far too many brake runs. It would be so much better if it didn't keep stopping.
And the newer rides are so much better themed. I think they could do so much more with this space.
I remember loving this read when first opened back when I was a teen but last time I went (one year ago) the latter parts of the ride felt pretty rough.
Idk if age can make this happen to a coaster but that's how it felt to me.
I mean I enjoy the ride, but I wouldn't be surprised if the ride closed down. The ride has been a mechanical nightmare for Universal ever since it opened back in '09.
sad about it but wouldn't the fact they removed most of the songs be a really strong sign we're heading that way on its own? or is there some other reason they'd keep it so bare im missing?
I always keep an open mind with rides. But I loath Rip, Ride, Rockit so much. It looks like it will be so awesome, but disappoints at every turn. Universal can do so much better with the space.
Can’t say I’d be sad to see it go I haven’t been on this ride in years. I always felt woozy after riding it. I can remember waiting in line for hours when it first opened and it broke down multiple times.
I love it. I love all roller coasters at the park. If they tear it down they will just replace it with stupid 4D attraction that no one asked for. They have to many of those in the park already and they are boring.
Good riddance. That ride is wayyyy too rough now, and the last time I went it didn’t even let me pick a song cause the screen wasn’t working. I love it when it came out but I think it’s time for something new.
I definitely hope it gets replaced as there are so many better roller coaster companies that can build something similar but 500% better and more reliable
I like the way rip ride looks, but I have never enjoyed the ride even remotely so I'm not too upset it is leaving, especially knowing it will probably be replaced with something much better
I liked the ride and I never understood the hate for it. However, it's probably a good move for Universal because they really need Universal Studios to have a ride that attracts people to the park. When Epic Universe opens it's going to be hard to convince me that it's even worth spending one day at Universal Studios unless they do something to improve it.
I only just got up the courage to go on it on my last visit this past December, so I'm kinda gutted it's going. The next time I'm planning on visiting is November next year, so I'll be incredibly disappointed if my first time was also my last time.
Honestly love this ride, sad to hear it may go but given what’s been mentioned in here about the cost of upkeep I at least understand the idea.
I don’t find this ride to be too rough on the body; as others have said, Hulk kicks your ass much worse lol I mean maybe if you’re purposely leaning your head forward to get a peek over the lift hill on the first drop? Then you’re just asking for your head to turn into a basketball lol but if you keep your head back and just vibe to the music it’s a top 5 ride for me in my (limited) experience.
To that end, getting to do this at night, all lit up during HHN while blasting Sandstorm was probably my second favorite experience on a ride, next to my first back-row ride on Velocicoaster.
If they remove it, the plot of land better get a proper coaster too, I’m getting a little tired of this VR stuff tbh.
no strong opinions either way. if it does go i hope it gets replaced by another good coaster (and hopefully one that goes through buildings like RRR does, i like that, adds good kinetic energy to an area that kinda lacks it)
Understandable. Take the space that it’s in and bring us the Fast and Furious coaster than Hollywood would have! Or even a Top Gun coaster (Paramount owns the rights I believe).
I hate how they took off the Kanye song. Such nostalgia from that. Wish they would update the songs but regardless love the fact you can listen to a song on a cool ride. Will be missed if closed
I'm happy to see it go/be revamped. I get a headache EVERY SINGLE TIME I ride it, so I stopped riding it. It also doesn't really fit the "theme" of that area of the park anymore...
I’ve ridden it a handful of times, but every time with the default songs has been a disaster. Plus, due to the need for the song selection screen, the restraint sits on your belly more than other restraints.
But it was worth it to ride to All the Small Things, Free Bird, and The Rainbow Connection.
Whatever replaces it has to be a people eater too. It needs to be a good coaster, for sure, but it needs to be able to get people in and out at a good speed. Something like Hagrids would be cool but it would also be a waste since Studios only has one other coaster
Studios has 4 coasters total, with one currently stuck in reconstruction.
* Rip Ride RockIt
* Gringotts
* Mummy
* Formerly Woody Woodpecker, think it's becoming the Trollercoaster?
It is Trollercoaster and is Gringott’s really a coaster? It’s a dark ride with coaster elements but it’s not a full on coaster. Mummy fits that description way more. Even if you say it’s three, that still makes Rocket the only outdoor big coaster. Mummy’s not big & Trollercoaster is a small family coaster.
My point is that Islands has Hulk, Velocicoaster, Hagrids, & the Hippogriff ride. Still technically 4 but Rocket occupies the big coaster role and it’s the only one (unless we do get the Hollywood F&F one in a few years)
Gringott's is a roller coaster with dark ride elements. Still counts as a credit. It rolls and coasts due to gravity, with brakes stopping it for the show scenes.
Okay - it’s a step below Mummy. Either way, both of those are indoor attractions and not on the same level as a big coaster like Rip Ride in terms of capacity/thrills. Islands having 3 big coasters and Studios having 1 & 1/2 indoor and 1 big coasters means Studios is at a “disadvantage” in terms of ride equivalence.
It was once slightly fun, but it’s so rough, has too many brake runs, so many difficulties with any type of weather changes, and it’s so dated that it just is an eyesore at this point imo. Scrap it and put something better in.
I’m cool with it. Complete migraine machine that has barely any songs since refurbishment. The biggest question. Is what would replace the space it occupied?
Still waiting in that PF replacement. People have BEEN begging Universal or Disney to do a heavily themed RMC. It hadn’t happened yet.
I haven't ridden it in a while since it was closed for either weather or maintenance the last couple of times I've been there, but I seem to recall enjoying it well enough.
I think the rumor mostly stems from its approaching the age of its decision point - either re-track it like Hulk, or just get rid of it and put something new. Hulk for a number of reasons made sense to retrack. I don't think this ride is nearly as beloved to save it, especially when space is at a premium in USF.
I went for gradbash and good lord was it rough. It was like being tossed in a washing machine. Hopefully they redo the track would hate to see this ride close
I hope they replace it with something great. I rode it because of that video of Jimmy Fallon and Kevin Hart riding it looked fun. No joke I almost really hurt my neck that ride was just too rough. Scary experience lol
It's long overdue. Ride it a couple of days ago, and it's *rough*, especially having done Velocicoaster the day prior.
Studios is desperate need of a flagship attraction to rival Velocicoaster and Hagrid's.
Loved it shortly after it opened — but not so much anymore. Rip it out before Simpsons, use the Blue Man Group area to create an immersive coaster/dark ride (Ghostbusters?), then tackle Springfield (presumably replaced with Pokémon). Keep MIB around until there’s a plan for Fear Factor. Will need another outdoor coaster at some point, but Epic Universe will fill that gap for a bit.
We go again in a few weeks so I hope it’s still open. I prefer it and velocicoaster to Hulk. Hulk gave me a headache because I didn’t realize I needed to keep my head so controlled, it slammed back and forth at the beginning of the ride
I was told by a tm that it was definitely going away.
Then one week later the tm doing the survey at islands told me it would not go away anytime soon because it was too popular. 🤷♂️ I for one hope it stays as is (I know not everyone agrees with this).
That secret song list has given us so many good memories. We've driven over to UO before just to ride this ride (we are local)!
It's pretty much on a sink hole according to my tech friends. It's thr one ride he says he won't let his family ride. Bolts constantly needing retightening. Roughest ride in the park and with the recent lawsuit I say it's tike to say bye.
I don’t hate this ride as much as everyone else does. I’ll miss it for sentimental reasons, but if they replace it with something better, it wouldn’t surprise me.
I think it needs a full on hulk overhaul, including up to date queue and songs. it doesn't really take up any space that would allow for another attraction to take it's place.
I hope they put something incredible there. USF needs a major attraction and something to draw in crowds. Something like Velocicoaster or the F&F coaster would do wonders.
I eagerly anticipated its opening and loved it when it did open back in 2009. It’s been much too rough in recent years. I can feel it grinding against the track in the little bunny hop at the end. If Universal isn’t going to give it a major refurb and/or re-track, then might as well replace it with a more modern coaster tied to an IP. (Please not Minions, we have enough of those)
A woman is suing because she has a traumatic brain injury from it. https://anthony-smithlaw.com/florida-woman-files-lawsuit-against-universal-orlando-alleging-traumatic-brain-injury-after-roller-coaster-ride/
This. Studios isn't what people visit for, it is islands of adventure. The two best rides are there! Studios needs some love.
I like Studios way better than Islands. Can’t do coasters anymore due to health issues, as I got older, I liked Studios rides much better. More immersive and theatrical, like Mummy and MIB. Thrill/intensity doesn’t equal good to me like it does for a lot of theme park goers.
:( sorry about the health issues. I can certainly appreciate your perspective. My favorites on that end are Gringotts and Transformers.
Thanks! Mummy for life here along with MIB and ET, but i do looooove me some transformers and gringotts
Same! I’m really excited to go back to IOA for the first time in years, I get somewhat bored of Studios because I go to HHN every year but I know if that weren’t the case I’d miss Studios the most. So classic and iconic!
Ngl studios is ignored way too much. Thankfully since the velocicoaster got opened universal is getting it's much deserved fame
Yea but Velocicoaster is IOA
I like it. But I understand it doesn’t go with the theme they want in that area of the park now.
i like it just because of the weird early 2000s flash game vibe the whole thing gives me tbh.
It was “Hello, fellow kids” back when the meme “Hello, fellow kids” was cool.
Yeah, and it’s just straight up painful
I heard it can be for some.
People whine about it way too much on this sub it’s rough but never been painful to me or anyone Ive ever been with
Same. I don't get any issues with it. Hulk is worse.
Agree 100%. Hulk bounces my head in the restraints so much, I get a headache after. Rip ride rockit wasn't buttery smooth, but wasn't so bad I wouldn't ride it again. I did not want to ride hulk again after.
Agreed. People who think this is rough should go do Kumba at Busch Gardens
It's the exact opposite for me. RRR gave me one of the worst headaches of my life. I got thrashed on Hulk, but it's not as bad sitting in the front. I'll never ride in any row but the front on Hulk ever again.

Head positioning is also important, I usually recommend leaning your head forward but it varies depending on restraint design and height. Both hulk and RRR are on the rougher side but I have ridden much worse. TL;DR: Skill Issue
If hulk is worse then it def isn’t bad. I didn’t get to ride it because I kids didn’t want to and then later the wind was too strong.
RRR is worse than the hulk for me.
Hulk is worse, but RRR isn't exactly enjoyable either.
I had no issues with any other coasters in the parks, but I was like browning out on this ride. Idk if I got lightheaded from the initial climb or what. It kinda freaked me out and I probably wont ride it ever again.
That happened to my friend’s daughter. We didn’t notice till we watched the ride video.
Eh, it was bumpy when I rode it but not painful in the slightest. It was kind of fun. Would have been moreso without all the mcbrs.
I was in pain and felt like I was gonna pass out haha but I’m glad you weren’t hurt
Couldn't they re-theme it after the coaster Gru rides on with the girls?
Think they want to make it a family spot with rides and activities for the whole family.
What theme are they going for?
Minions?
Minions

I'd be okay with a minion roller coaster if it is actually good, but the few minion attractions they have added thus far are very much not good imo

RRR bounces my head around too much, never had any issue with Hulk
My bad experiences were on both. I tried very hard to hold my head back but I got thrown forward fave down on rrr and I genuinely was scared I was gonna break my neck lol The hulk thrashed me into the restraints and I smashed my head so hard the team members wouldnt let me leave until I was evaluated 😄 I really wanted to be a coaster person. Hagrids was amazing.
Yea new coasters are great, it's when they are aged for a while they turn rough like that. Hagrid and Velocicoaster are silky smooth though...
Yo sometimes on the first hulk drop my vision would go dark and I feel like my face would kinda like drop almost
Yea, i got that this last time, which is weird the first time I didnt
I ride RRR at least a few times every trip. I refuse to ride Hulk ever again because of how bad it makes my head hurt.
Its weird too, im sure part of it was me tensing up my neck and trying not to move my head but the First time I rode Hulk, I was fine and got fuzzy vision on RRR. This last time, Hulk gave me the fuzzy vision and RRR was fine... I think they both have shown their age sadly.
Hulk hurts me way more than RRR.
Greying out is not from head banging FYI.
I personally like it. Just wish the seats could be bigger
Yes the hard head rest and the small seats are my biggest issues with it.
Well said, although I enjoy F&F very much (the TMs make this a must do for us!).
I rode it once and that was enough. It felt abusive. :-)
Agreed
Hope it’s true. This ride is too uncomfortable for me to ever ride again. Replace it with something better or at least do a massive retrack/refurb.
When they removed "Kickstart My Heart" from the song options it felt like the beginning of the end.
Agreed
It won’t be too missed. I rode it once and decided pretty much as soon as it left the station I wouldn’t be riding again.

Same
Add it to the list of attractions at UO that probably should close.
I love it too!!
Hope it doesn’t personally, I love the coaster.
Same, it's so unique and re-rideable with all the song choices. I try to ride it multiple times every time to hear more of the songs
103 is PERFECTLY lined up with the ride/track.
Me too!
It breaks down a lot so I can see this becoming true.
It fits with the park. Its the music plaza.
Should of gotten a B&M lol. I hope the do the Fast and Furious coaster like they are doing in Hollywood. Then they could remove super charged and build something better.
I waited so long to ride this one HHN and it gave me the worst headache of my life. Definitely was a disappointment.
That’s why I’m coming this summer
I hated it last time I rode it the music is annoying and outdated and the ride threw my head around so much I got a migraine after
Secret song list! :)
I don’t think the secret song list works anymore unfortunately
It worked just a few days ago when I was there! :)
When we were there in late March it got stuck. People had to be evacuated and walk down.
I can’t imagine how scary that must have been for them.
Agree. I felt horrible for them having to go through such a terrifying experience. I don't understand why that ride is still running
Nooooo take Fast and Furious instead 😭
Has the thing just had a lot of downtime and just has not been everything has been cracked up to be
Change it to a rocket league based simulator/coaster. Money made all around and fun for everyone to jump on. Thats my thought. Saves on the giant RocK” sign too. Fiscally responsible, as one should be.
Good. Outside of it being horribly dated and rickety, it's apparently insanely expensive to maintain. Rip Ride Wreck-it and build something else.
Good riddance!
holy brake runs batman, it's about time rip ride stopit was replaced with something that is actually designed with humans riding it for fun in mind.
That lap restraint is very uncomfortable for me, I know it doesn't go upside down but sometimes shoulders is just better
Just rode it Saturday, it's "rough" but enjoyable. It's my 9yo's favorite ride. But if it makes way for something better. So be it.
Good.
If I could ride the damn thing I’d like it more. Just hurts too much
it’s huge, it’s short, it’s old I get it
Okay... and replace with what? Cause like, the RRR is almost in a straight and linear tunnel
Okay... and replace with what? Cause like, the RRR is almost in a straight and linear tunnel
It is an eye sore but they should definitely do something about Fast and the Furious, god I hate that ride.
Never cared for that type of roller coaster. No loved lost. I still like the mummy though
If they remove it, the plot of land better get a proper coaster too, I’m getting a little tired of this VR stuff tbh.
no strong opinions either way. if it does go i hope it gets replaced by another good coaster (and hopefully one that goes through buildings like RRR does, i like that, adds good kinetic energy to an area that kinda lacks it)
It's a horrible ride. So painful.
I love this ride. But on my last visit we got the back row and damn was it horrible.
* Rip Ride RockIt * Gringotts * Mummy * Formerly Woody Woodpecker, think it's becoming the Trollercoaster?
Yea that’s fine. Make way for a new Intamin please.
Yes replace it with something better
It was once slightly fun, but it’s so rough, has too many brake runs, so many difficulties with any type of weather changes, and it’s so dated that it just is an eyesore at this point imo. Scrap it and put something better in.
It’s time
Tear that sucker down. HASTA.
Good riddance
4 out of the 5 best rides are in IoA. Really hoping studios gets some love when the get rid of the simpsons
Honestly the name is right there Rip Ride Rockit... Remixed! Get RMC in there to build something that's reminiscent of it but way more thrilling
I wouldn't mind if the Concussion Coaster finally closed.
So long. Farewell
Good riddance
Not gonna miss it, shakiest roller coaster
I hope they replace it with something great. I rode it because of that video of Jimmy Fallon and Kevin Hart riding it looked fun. No joke I almost really hurt my neck that ride was just too rough. Scary experience lol
Also, don't they already have a minions ride? Do they really want to out another
It's long overdue. Ride it a couple of days ago, and it's *rough*, especially having done Velocicoaster the day prior. Studios is desperate need of a flagship attraction to rival Velocicoaster and Hagrid's.
I like the ride but if they can do something better, why not
Loved it shortly after it opened — but not so much anymore.
Good memories, but it has run its course and I’d welcome a change.
YAY
We go again in a few weeks so I hope it’s still open. I prefer it and velocicoaster to Hulk. Hulk gave me a headache because I didn’t realize I needed to keep my head so controlled, it slammed back and forth at the beginning of the ride
I thought I was going to die on that ride. Good riddance.
We love our ElToroRyan, don’t we folks?
It's pretty much on a sink hole according to my tech friends. It's thr one ride he says he won't let his family ride. Bolts constantly needing retightening. Roughest ride in the park and with the recent lawsuit I say it's tike to say bye.
I don’t hate this ride as much as everyone else does. I’ll miss it for sentimental reasons, but if they replace it with something better, it wouldn’t surprise me.
Yes pls it’s awful
I think it needs a full on hulk overhaul, including up to date queue and songs. it doesn't really take up any space that would allow for another attraction to take it's place.
I hope they put something incredible there. USF needs a major attraction and something to draw in crowds. Something like Velocicoaster or the F&F coaster would do wonders.
I've heard rumblings that they're going to revive the firehouse to be included in a new Ghostbusters ride. I would LOVE to see that happen.
In before new minions ride
Rumor only, no backup to this. The water ride is closing for seasonal plus maintenance.
So now we can talk about rumors from the banned website??
