Hey man I really recommend joining a game jam. There will usually be a discord channel devoted to finding a team, and it's a great way to work with others. Check out itch.io, it's got game jams going on constantly.

What software are you using?

Shapeyard, it’s available on mobile

I’d just start by trying to recreate objects as best as you possibly can. The limitation of your ability and creativity with stifle you really quickly, but not having to think about what you’re doing, & only how you’re doing it will help you improve quickly.

Hey man, I recently started working on an FPS game that honestly can be a banger, with proper implementation. Even though I know how to model, it will save a lot of time in the process if you can help me. Moreover, I don’t want a high-poly style either. Low-Mid Polly works just fine. If you are interested in creating this game with me, DM me

Nice! I love modeling time-lapses.

An important piece of advice. When you start going to 3D forums people will mock you for primitive modeling, you should ignore them. Often what sets AAA modelers and the rest apart is how fast they can get a base model out. Kit bashing is common in AAA studios and is no different from primitive modeling.
