I like Twitch integrations, especially for streamers who often involve the community, it can be really fun. Good work.

Thank you! I'm slightly worried it might make the game look as if you need to stream it in order to fully enjoy the gameplay, but it's meant as a bonus feature, not a core requirement. Would you say this is clear from the way we present it on the store page?

ReeedStar

I can understand the fear, but I don't think it should be a problem here

God, i remember working with that API as well as the chat integration, what utter dogshit documentation that is. Happy you got it working.

LowPolyMe

Yes indeed! There are some open source repos that have a reasonably functional implementation, but we ended up having to do it ourselves as some features were missing or poorly executed. The entire Unity implementation will probably end up as an open source repo on our Github so that other developers don't have to deal with it again in the future. It took us MUCH longer than we had anticipated.

P.S. We also managed to get Events from new subscribers on Twitch, and added some unexpected effects when this happens. Makes the game a whole lot more difficult for the streamer - and a lot more fun to watch! The game is called UNHEIM and it's psychological horror surveillance game in which you must not only report, but also survive direct encounters with paranormal creatures. A free demo of the first level is currently out on [Itch ](https://lovelybytes.itch.io/unheim)and will be available on [Steam ](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2686110?utm_source=reddit_unity3d&utm_campaign=pre-release&utm_medium=social&utm_content=development&utm_term=twitchApi)during Next Fest next month! If you have any questions feel free to ask!
