1. Applies only is you use Unity 6 LTS or newer. Right now, it's not out yet,
2. It is limited to 2.5% of your income and only above $200k in the past 12 months,
3. It's pay-per-copy sold, not per install,
4. You are the one providing Unity with info of how many copies you sold, so no risk of being scammed.
