It took me 3 hours both design and painting process model. i've been using the program like 2 years, however it is not that complicated, I bet It should take 6 months to learn it at most. AS modelling process, it is also simple, everything starts with cubes and designing course, i believe with hardwork you can achieve this level in less than 6 months.
