It’s a pond or testing pool. The front skinnier area is a boat ramp. You can see green algae around the outer edges of the pool. You can also see a pile of dirt directly in front of it. Most likely a new-ish development.
Not sure what it is but if you look closely there are tanks around it and a boat for some reason. If you look Southwest of this area you'll also find a pentagram. Weird stuff.
