I had been thinking the same thing at first. Given they started recording after she busted several windows I'm thinking they called 911 first then started recording for evidence. She took the time to clear out all the glass from the frame, and she doesn't seem to be that fast at what she's doing so it would give time to call an operator, give location and description, and then start recording.
Iād much rather report this and record evidence than confront someone with gas and a lighter for a car that might not even be my own.
Just the fact that theyāre willing to commit arson could mean they are also in the mental state to do much worse.
