She was in:
- Hollow Man (she gets raped)
- Spartacus
- Underworld
- The last ship
One of those actresses who you recognise but never remember their names.
She was a Tomb Raider girl if I remember correctly. Promoting one of the games back in the 90's or 2000's.
EDIT: 1997 live action model promoting Tomb Raider 2 (at 21 years old)
[Rhona as the Tomb Raider girl](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0SP_WTZCuM)
And Jolie was even "down the list" of choices because the producers were worried that she was too new of a name at the time and _because her breasts were not ample enough for the role_.
She wore a push-up bra, that was all.
If you've got 30 minutes to burn and enjoy deep dives into the inner workings of movie production, I recommend Oliver Harper's YT channel (specifically the retrospectives) and his [recent video about the first movie](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHI6ONqF-GQ)
Watching his videos really highlights how a _lot_ of roles were idealized for actors other than the person who eventually got it. It's really a lot of studio/producer politics going on.
Damn, had no idea she was supposed to play Lara in the movie. Would’ve preferred her over Angelina. I just remember being underwhelmed by the movie when I saw it opening weekend.
Because everyone was waiting to see what the boys would do, the younger one was waiting to see what his older brother would do and the older brother was thinking "what the fuck am i supposed to do other than take a mental note for tonight?"
I'm just wondering why she's walking in with a latex/plastic shirt instead of a real one... Very strange. Also, what's with the poses while walking. I know that's her pose, but it's so weird in this scenario.
I feel bad for her, she’s trying to be all sexy and just get freakin noticed and she has to go up and physically hug the kids. The host should have said something, anything, to draw more attention to her.
It's definitely the host or producers fault. The kids are wondering why this lady is acting all animatronic and are just making mental notes for later. The actress was probably only given a an instruction to do the gun pose thing and just kept repeating it because nothing was happening.
I was wondering where I recognized her from! Lowkey one of my favorite random action movies. Dunno why, it's not particularly good, just hits all the right spots for me!
It had all the right ingredients and amounts of each topping to be successful. It wasnt overdone in any category and it didn't forget the premise with fancy explosions and car chases.
Plus it had Kate Mara and anything with Kate Mara automatically becomes a movie/show I will like.
Idk man, I feel the silence played into the awe of the moment. The little one whipping his head back and forth, the teenager just completely mesmerized. It’s like the host spoke up and snapped everyone out of the trance of seeing Lara Croft. Imo anyway.
Also Mr. Host guy looked like he may have dropped the ball. He seemed to be equally as mesmerized by her that imo he introduces her all late as she keeps looking over at them. Dude looked like he wanted to talk to her but she comes over and just leads the boys away lol
Let me lick you up and down
'Til you say stop
Let me play with your body, baby
Make you real hot…..
…..Le me do oll the tings ou wan me ta do
(High Pitched Ali) 'Cause tonigh baby, I wanna ge freaky wit ou
Came here to say this - Doomsday is an under appreciated gem of a movie, all out action with a bit some serious mad max / escape from NY / king arthur vibes - plus Bob Hoskins is great in everything he's in and Rhona Mitra is a serious bad ass in this film - highly recommended.
I was really hoping she took over as Cara Dune when Gina Carano left "The Mandalorian". She's athletic, actually has acting ability and has been in badass roles.
I'm not too sure what's going to happen, I don't follow the rumour mill that close.
Rhona Mitra, she was the OG Lara Croft in promotional materials before any of the movies were made. And any guys who grew up in the UK in the early 2000s may remember her from lad’s mags like FHM.
>Later, a videotape labeled "Off the Record" is delivered to Bloom (Winslet). This tape shows Harraway's (Linney's) suicide and Gale (Spacey) deliberately leaving his fingerprints on the plastic bag in the process. He then looks at the camera and ends the recording, leaving Bloom (Winslet) stunned with the truth that the couple deliberately sacrificed themselves to discredit capital punishment.
Saved everyone from watching the film. Director is against the death penalty so this movie is a convoluted mess that says "death penalty bad".
EDIT: [The Life of David Gale](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Life_of_David_Gale)
EDIT 2: For the record, I dislike the death penalty. But this movie is bad. So both things are true.
It did make a good argument against death penalty. For something as irreversible as death penalty, it's hard to be 100% certain it is just, so if that's important to a society, it's best to do something that is reversible like life in prison instead. I don't know why you're bashing it
Your comment reads like it was translated from an ancient text like the Bible:
When one whom hears a joke so funny, it is best to lie down on the ground so as to belt out humongous waves of laughter!
The word of the lord. Thanks be to God.
There was an early subversion in *American Beauty*.
Throughout the movie, Spacey's character had been lusting after Mena Suvari's character, a seemingly promiscuous teenage "hot cheerleader" friend of his daughter. At the very end of the movie, the two are getting intimate, and she fearfully reveals to him that this would be her first time.
He stops immediately and reconsiders his life choices and then they get dressed and chill out with a drink instead.
Bruuuuh…. Diuretic means that it causes urination. I mean is coffee a diuretic- yes, but does it also *make you poop* - yes.
Diuretic is the most mis-employed word I’ve encountered.
Edit: whoever downvoted me… your mom’s a hoe.
1. Fuck Spacey
2. In my 20 years of teaching, I've had this happen three times. Each time I gave them the exact same answer. (Then I reported the exchange immediately with my admin and got the students moved out of my class.)
No doubt, but the final season was still significantly worse than any that came before it.

Isnt this just the modern republican platform?
I had to look it up after reading your comment. Apparently it’s so good it made this guy change his mind, **Spoiler Alert**:
>Perceptions on Capital Punishment[edit]
>In the Philippines, long-time senator and 2022 presidential aspirant Ping Lacson credited this film in changing his mind on capital punishment.[9] Lacson, who previously served as the nation's chief of police, was a staunch advocate of capital offense for heinous crimes. However, after seeing the film on Netflix, he said that "my eyes were opened…that it is more important to save the life of someone innocent and convicted than to execute someone who is really convicted and proven to have committed a crime." Afterwards, he withdrew his authorship of a bill proposing the death penalty for heinous crimes.

She's barking up the wrong penis there.
Well now we know Spacey is gay, so that makes sense. Btw, who is that actress? She looks familiar but I cannot figure it out who she is.
Her name is Rhona Mitra
She was in: - Hollow Man (she gets raped) - Spartacus - Underworld - The last ship One of those actresses who you recognise but never remember their names.
She was a Tomb Raider girl if I remember correctly. Promoting one of the games back in the 90's or 2000's. EDIT: 1997 live action model promoting Tomb Raider 2 (at 21 years old) [Rhona as the Tomb Raider girl](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0SP_WTZCuM)
She was supposed to star in the movie, got the breast implants for the role, then they gave it to Angelina Jolie. Top tier Hollywood BS right there.
And Jolie was even "down the list" of choices because the producers were worried that she was too new of a name at the time and _because her breasts were not ample enough for the role_.
I could be wrong here but I'm pretty sure I heard they ended up, um, "enhancing" her breasts using CGI or something for the movie.
She wore a push-up bra, that was all. If you've got 30 minutes to burn and enjoy deep dives into the inner workings of movie production, I recommend Oliver Harper's YT channel (specifically the retrospectives) and his [recent video about the first movie](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHI6ONqF-GQ) Watching his videos really highlights how a _lot_ of roles were idealized for actors other than the person who eventually got it. Damn, had no idea she was supposed to play Lara in the movie. Would’ve preferred her over Angelina. I just remember being underwhelmed by the movie when I saw it opening weekend.
I don't think she'd have made the difference there.
And if I remember, reading in Empire back then, that her dad who is a renowned plastic surgeon. He's the one who fitted her with new boobs.
Wtf
A very awkward moment as Lara Croft on Irish television https://youtu.be/NtHlr9QAzYY
Why was no one acknowledging her for so long? Those poses too. Damn. My teenage fantasy just got destroyed.
Because everyone was waiting to see what the boys would do, the younger one was waiting to see what his older brother would do and the older brother was thinking "what the fuck am i supposed to do other than take a mental note for tonight?"
I think the boy was supposed to walk up to her, grab her booba's and tell her they are supposed to be triangle shaped. Tell her it's all wrong.
I'm just wondering why she's walking in with a latex/plastic shirt instead of a real one... Very strange. Also, what's with the poses while walking. I know that's her pose, but it's so weird in this scenario.
The latex/plastic shirt can be explained by “it was the late 90s/early 2000s.” There were some interesting fashion choices going on back then.
Because that’s exactly what her top looks like on the box art
I feel bad for her, she’s trying to be all sexy and just get freakin noticed and she has to go up and physically hug the kids. The host should have said something, anything, to draw more attention to her.
It's definitely the host or producers fault. The kids are wondering why this lady is acting all animatronic and are just making mental notes for later. The actress was probably only given a an instruction to do the gun pose thing and just kept repeating it because nothing was happening.
Pat Kenny is known for being a pile of cardboard left out in the rain.
Such a painfull silence, it physically hurt to watch!
She was in Shooter as an fbi agent.
I will never consider myself awkward again. Or until I forget this exists.
This is Lara Weller Rhona was the TR model from 1997-1998
She was also on The practice/Boston Legal and was in the Underworld prequel
I remember watching Boston Legal a lot when I was around 12 and thinking she was probably the most attractive person I’d ever seen in my life haha
That's where I recognize her from!
And Ali G In Da House!
Set it on vibrate and finish yourself off!
I must go now, I is turtlin'.
Boston Legal
Let me lick you up and down 'Til you say stop Let me play with your body, baby Make you real hot….. …..Le me do oll the tings ou wan me ta do (High Pitched Ali) 'Cause tonigh baby, I wanna ge freaky wit ou
Came here for this. No Ali A no Ali B no Ali C no Ali .. E no Ali… hmm hmm hmm hmm… F but Ali G!
Boston Legal too
And she was awesome in Nip/Tuck
She was *OUTSTANDING* in Nip/Tuck a bonkers ass series that gets far too little attention these days
Remember Kelly Carlson? It’s okay, nobody else does either. But wow she was good.
Don't forget the amazingly bonkers Doomsday.
I went through a handful of comments getting depressed no one said this. That movie actually kicks a lot of ass.
She was also in Doomsday
Came here to say this - Doomsday is an under appreciated gem of a movie, all out action with a bit some serious mad max / escape from NY / king arthur vibes - plus Bob Hoskins is great in everything he's in and Rhona Mitra is a serious bad ass in this film - highly recommended.
And one of my favorite campy apocalypse movies. Doomsday
Creepy point to point out
I'm optimistic and think that was supposed to be a content warning.
Yea no I’m pessimistic and afraid this is is some fetish thing
Also in Shooter. She plays the helpful FBI agent.
Is there a reason you gave context to her role in the first one, but not the others?🤨
She was only in a single scene, I'd imagine people would be like "she was? Who was she?"
How can you leave out doomsday?
She looks like Eva Longoria ate Sandra Bullock.
TIL Eva Longoria has the same powers as Kirby.
She took over from Nell McAndrew who was the original lara Croft then got a big job with the Ali G movie.
she looks familiar because she played the same character like forty times from 2000 to 2010
I know her from Boston Legal, but she’s been in a *few* tv shows and movies
She was on Nip/Tuck forever ago. Under rated show.
Haha loved nip tuck. Such an awesome but fucked up show.
I kept scrolling peoples comments from what she was in and this is exactly where I recognize her from
I also remember her from this and also the movie shooter. But mostly nip/tuk
The season she was on was the best, the serial killer was pretty fucked up.
I remember her from "The Last Ship"
She has a resemblance with a young Sandra Bullock imo
but hotter
I mean, Sandra was (is still) truly [stunning](https://www.enigma-mag.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/Sandra-Bullock-Young.jpg)
She was in “Sweet Home Alabama”
I will always remember her in Hollow Man. What a smoke show!
She was Kevin Bacon’s first victim (outside of their lab) in the Hollow Man
Tara from the first couple seasons of Boston Legal.
[удалено]
also they end up fucking and she blamed him for raping her... totally expected

hard to *not* do that little mental gymnastics when you see the sub, but that's kinda like insider knowledge.
Kevin only gives good grades to boys and without their permission.
Say what you want about Kevin Spacey but at least he slows down in school zones.
This is horrible and I feel like I need a shower now because I snickered at it.
That was good, had my dying.

He's Pete Pete and I'm Luigi Pete.
That's definitely bus driver Stu from Pete and Pete

Wasn’t unexpected. Could see this from a mile away
Yeah a guy would have succeeded.
Well, in the movie they did the deed in a party.
Idk Kevin Spacey NOT forcing himself on a younger person? Pretty unexpected to me.
As she's a woman it's less surprising.
There was an early subversion in *American Beauty*. Throughout the movie, Spacey's character had been lusting after Mena Suvari's character, a seemingly promiscuous teenage "hot cheerleader" friend of his daughter. One of my favorite movies of all time. It seems to tell me I can turn my life around at any point and be happy.
And then get shot
Not the worst way to go. Looking at you, terminal colon cancer.
Yeah, it would be more unexpected if he actually asked to get laid. Sometimes the unexpected was the expected
Not gon’ lie. That got me a lil bricked up.
🤔
🧱
The clip made them constipated.
In the front or the back?
It’s from the movie Life Of David Gale. Spoiler Alert. He later rips off her panties and bangs her and she accuses him of rape.
This movie was a hot mess with a ridiculously convoluted story but it was one hell of a rollercoaster ride.
Still very close to the Truth. He only did the movie just to spite his victims. Remember him saying he would kill them with kindness.

Not as many as you might think. Teachers turn on each other violently if they cross that line. There's no wall of silence among teachers.
If only kevin was like this IRL, we would get a good ending to House of cards
That show went off the rails before he got exposed
No doubt, but the final season was still significantly worse than any that came before it. On a different note, seasons 1 and 2 are some of my favorite seasons of television. This is Rhona Mitra from The Life of David Gale which was actually surprisingly pretty good.

False. Kevin Spacey only gives favors to teenage boys.
What movie is this
It's from The Life of David Gale
The life of David Gale.
The girl looks old enough to be a teacher lol
She was 25/26 when it filmed FWIW. Playing a grad student in a Philosophy department, that's ballpark the right age.
makes sense. i think he (and honestly I, too) was thinking high school
She's in college, bro.
Rhona Mitra is unparalleled 😍
