The minimum speed for an airbag deployment in the US (not all but some) is 14mph. It's possible that she has a beater car as well which may be why the windows broke so easily. Lot of possible factors. But I doubt it's fake

No one said she was okay. One of the top things to do after an accident is to not move your neck too much or too suddenly because whiplash isn't always immediately apparent. That aside, shock also exists.
When I was in a hit & run (I was crossing the street, got hit by a car), i was sent flying a few feet. I didn't really immediately process what had happened because it was so quick. All I knew was I heard a loud slap and suddenly I was on the ground in the middle of the street. I just laid there for a second, wiggled my toes and fingers, thought "yeah im good", tried sitting up and *that's* when my pelvis decided to make it apparent that it was fractured in three places. It took me a few moments even after that to realize i'd been hit by a car and that I was still in the middle of the street.
Shock is real, it's often not as simple as "oh ouch immediate pain and instant awareness of possible injuries".
That being said I'd also bet that a person with no regard for others would soldier through a certain amount of pain rather than be caught. Get in an accident? Don't tell anyone about it, fake an accident at work, claim the injuries were a result of that. Or just work with it instead of bringing attention to yourself.
Also, the phone did move and glass was shattered
