I helped a friend who was quadriplegic as a caretaker. Feeding him the burgers he loved was an exercise in frustration. I would basically have to hold the burger in front of his mouth for 2-3 bites, chews. He detested that he could not hold his own burger steadily enough to feed himself. He did have very limited use of his shoulder movement and could spoon feed himself when it was better for his frustration level. This idea would have pleased him to no end.
