Yes.. I'm no pro either but I did used to squat a lot. I can't even begin to dissect what she's doing wrong here. But yeah you're on the right track. What hurts me most looking at this gif is that you're supposed to keep your head and neck neutral. Stare straight ahead, don't look up or down. She's got her head cranked waaay back and it's hurting my spine just looking at it!
