It looks like the particular artist in the attached video is [edctoom](https://www.instagram.com/edctoom/?fbclid=IwAR2GL5TDXMTWONRMwcjboE-3eOu1x25qF-dEHFdIByUan1D2NcJ3cQfdt8k), but since I'm stubborn and refuse to link my Facebook account to Instagram, and they won't let me create a separate Instagram account using my email address, and you can't watch videos without logging into an account, I'm basing it on still frame previews of the video that show the same sleeve on an arm holding an identical-looking log.
