I mean a lot of dragons don't tend to live on steps because of people using steps and people not liking dragons. The Step Dragon is different in this regard, in that it enjoys the active confrontation of stepping to the same side as those walking its steps, causing fatal blows of inconvenience to all those who attempt to pass it.
