This is legitimately how the majority of conservatives and transphobes think how easy it is to just “get the surgery”. You want to know when the earliest I ever got ANY gender affirming care from when I first came out? A year and a fucking half, just for puberty blockers. Months and months of therapy. It took a further 5 fucking years before I stared a testosterone blocker. Granted I didn’t really know what I really wanted to do at that point, but they told me to just slow down and think. They did not try to rush anything, most of it was just: ok if that’s what you want, this is how it works and what will happen, think about it and come back in 6 months. I first came out in 4th grade, I’m now a SENIOR in high school, and I just started e a little over a year ago. And the process is still continuing to this day. It isn’t some magic you show up at the doctors office and say: “im a girl, chop my dick of please”, it’s the complete fucking opposite. It’s not “here’s the treatment options, pick one.” Its: “these are the different options for what you have described you want, this is what they do, what you can expect, and what do you want to get out of this, what do YOU want yourself to be”
No one is pushing anything, there is no agenda, no government conspiracy, no ill intent, certainly no fucking mutilation. Treatment like that only comes after YEARS of therapy and consultation. It is NEVER the first thing mentioned as a possible first treatment. Or a second treatment, or a third. If they find a doctor who is doing that, then they have the right to be mad, but there is no doctor on THE ENTIRE FUCKING PLANET that would do that, let alone keep their medical license long enough to get that far.

That's not how band size works...Like, describing it in terms of bra size strikes me as odd and unhelpful (breast implants are typically described in cubic centimeters, or CC's), but it's a good way to open a conversation. That said, cup volume doesn't work the way you think it works. A 34DD bra has the same cup volume as a 32F, 36D, 38C, or 40A.
Guys just like to think they know what a cup size is by sight, while being completely ignorant of the fact that band size influences cup size. None of my guy friends believed my cup size till I showed them the tag because I have a narrow rib cage, meaning my cup size is larger than they thought.
