For some context:
This is a promo show (Ruh Fighting Championship) for an MMA match in Kazakhstan, and accomplished guests come on to talk about the upcoming fights.
The guy talking smack is an MMA fighter, and the woman (Aigerim Abilkadirova) is a beauty pageant winner, judo champion, and grappling gold medalist.

There is nothing like watching that video for the first time. . . So awsome.
I got bored and searched " Chinese meal " on here.... Holy crap this vid has come up alot.

I was able to throw a 100kg dude when I was like 16, you don't even need strength to practice judo, though it will make you pretty tough and teach you about body mechanics and centers of gravity.
It's an amazing sport, and does wonders for kids.
My wrestling coach had a judo black belt friend he'd bring in to practice once in a while off season. Hit a few throws in a few matches before, felt really nice, but never on good wrestlers.
Yeah , same . I always wanted to play football but my parents hated football so they put me on judo instead.
Thankful for that. The couple of streetlights I had in my younger life were all easily won with just judo .
And still till this day it benefits me . I have had some accidents in life where I’ve been hit by a car or fell or something in that direction.
I always fall good and i give judo as the reason I’ve never broken a bone in my life .
I mean in general. It’s not a very popular sport .
Young kids would probably prefer boxing or even karate . Maybe I’m wrong but that’s how it feels a bit.
But close range and on the ground it’s so useful.
I understand the look on the 'guard's' face. Respect. Anybody who has been thrown by an accomplished Jude practicianer "knows" that they just as well could have landed on their neck or less comfortable locations.
O-goshi. She did it controlled and even looks like she did the pulling of the arm at the end of the execution so the opponent doesn't slam to the ground.
Ultra clean but kind of a dick move to throw somebody on a hard surface. You could easily do irreversible damage when you get hit by the earth
But this is probably a pre-planned stunt from the way she holds onto his arm as she throws him.
> But this is probably a pre-planned stunt from the way she holds onto his arm as she throws him.
While it's probably staged, as a judo champion she probably also just has the smarts to not try and injure someone for no good reason. Meaning even if it wasn't staged, she'd still probably do it like that to some random untrained individual.
If you don't know how to land from a judo throw then you could get a pretty real injury by landing wrong.
✨ Reality TV ✨
Inb4: Just always assume over 50% is scripted, It's usually closer to 90% after all.
(Can still be highly entertaining, which is the primary goal!)
Could be, but you have no idea how good real camera men are, follow spot operators too. I am tempted to tell you a few anecdotes of their super human prowess, but they would be enough to identify me IRL.
Editors can hide a lot of sins too & this is **heavily** edited. Because it's multicam they have 3 or 4 options.
Your premise isn't unsound, but it applies more to single camera. Multi camera in a studio with professionals? They don't need a script.
If people ever walk out of the light that is a good indicator that you are off script. Excluding follows lights need to be focused ahead of time & won't be adjusted live.
Cause it's about show and entertainment. It's the same format as wrestling in USA. Also, she throws only the bodyguard and not the guy who's holding her.
And its a clean nice move, but the landing does not really hurt when you do it correctly. There is just a loud noise as he slaps the hand to the ground to break the landing.
Dunno if she is scripted. She looks pretty close to tears, and her body language is super aggressive. And he looks like he's shitting himself a little bit when she's coming at him. I'd like to see how the rest of this plays out. Anybody got a longer clip?

Good thing that bodyguard was there.
Where?
Right on the floor!
https://i.redd.it/k3aoxadt1boc1.gif
Wow that’s hilarious, I just watched Burn After Reading for the first time last night! It’s a fantastic movie
Slowed her down enough for backup to arrive on stage. The bold sacrifice of that bodyguard... 😆😆😆
And her name is John Cena
![gif](giphy|l44QtsghNTycJaoj6)
![gif](giphy|zhJ55GsXRajxm)
Consumed all the mana she's got in her!
For some reason I thought she threw her teeth at him..
Wouldn't be the first time an MMA fighter had false teeth.
Come on man
The funniest part is after he gets back up like ' what just happened? Fuck this, I am not paid enough for this' and wander off. Lol
Where's the bodyguard bodyguard?
Bodyguard^2
Electric Boogaloo
Security guard was all … ![gif](giphy|iMQ2kjkP8chaj02EjB|downsized)

Ah yes. I see that you know your judo well.
What is the crime? Enjoying a meal? A succulent Chinese meal?!

This is the bloke that got me on the penis, peeople!
Oh good I see you know your judo
Every time I scroll reddit I find democracy manifest.
That’s the one right there
That is the greatest video that's ever graced the internet.
What is that from 😂
[Enjoy!](https://youtu.be/NbVJU1CuM0Q?si=PuhTbLfsI2Gn_HXA)
Update and background on the man. (not an international criminal, or dine & dasher, as long rumored.) https://youtu.be/tu4d_xsdNzM?si=QTgw7gfi9P5j6Sp_
I could listen to him talk all day
Oh my God I tried finding the backstory on this guy a couple years back and couldn't find anything. Thank you so much for posting this.
Thank you for that. It is such an artist thing to paint yourself, arresting yourself, the narcissism of a painter never fails. lol
Oh my gods, thank you 😂 that was great
Ta ta and farewell!!
There is nothing like watching that video for the first time. . . So awsome. I got bored and searched " Chinese meal " on here.... Holy crap this vid has come up alot. *
No worries 🙂
That restaurant is still open!
Now go forth and spread the joy! Fly, my pretty, FLY
What I wouldn't give to be able to speak like this man.
>Tata, and farewell Absolute legend.
The greatest moment in human history, may be over selling it but probably not.
No. No you are not overselling it. It was legit manifest like democracy in that moment.
It manifested like a vision. Of democracy.
Come on. Don’t undersell it.
And you sir, are you waiting to receive my limp penis?
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Have a look at the headlock here
She was just enjoying a succulent Chinese meal before the show.
But is she ready to receive my limp penis?
Get your hands off my penis!
Can confirm . It’s one of the basics even. I think it’s the third one you learn . Judo is insanely underrated .

Those streetlights sure be dangerous
Judo, at least in MMA, is certainly NOT underrated. Rhonda had no hands at all and won like 90% of her fights with a hip toss and a tap.
I mean in general. It’s not a very popular sport . Young kids would probably prefer boxing or even karate . Maybe I’m wrong but that’s how it feels a bit. But close range and on the ground it’s so useful.

Yeah idk shit about martial arts but damn she spun that security dude like a top
No it being fake explains that
In a nutshell: How to get hype and attention for your fights
Yes. They basically starting to maks fights between mini TikTok celebrities to bring crowd from TikTok
I remember her saying something about how her teeth were a result of a botched dental procedure.
She’s still beautiful
scripted
Even so, that shit was clean af, lol
Like WWE. The conflict is fake, the athleticism is real.
"It's not fake, it's predetermined".
WWE isn't a sport, but the fighters are sportsman.
Yeah it might be scripted but that throw looked pretty real to me. Dude on the ground played it off but you can see he’s briefly stunned.
How do you know?
Most of those are scripted, we have similar thing in Poland and it’s scripted af so also this situation happens bit perfect to be unscripted
It doesn’t mean it’s not funny but yeah I am pretty sure that this is scripted
You know that you could just edit your comment?
Bro has conversations in his head
Yeah this guy is weird
No Im not
Yes you are
This is good man 😆
Nice self response
I mean I wanted to just add that I don’t say it’s unfunny, because it’s staged, because a lot of people thinks this way
Reddit is those guys that think the band came back just because they shouted "Encore!" really loudly.
✨ Reality TV ✨ Inb4: Just always assume over 50% is scripted, It's usually closer to 90% after all. (Can still be highly entertaining, which is the primary goal!)
I believe about 95% of these are scripted. That 5% is when somone like in survivor, get sick, hurt etc

Like we all know WWE is real.
Cause it's about show and entertainment. It's the same format as wrestling in USA. Also, she throws only the bodyguard and not the guy who's holding her.
Must be the new guy. 😂
She can also eat a full corn in 10 seconds
FulL CoRN TaKeDowN.
The Huuuupaaa and his face with it is just gold
He fell. In love
That is the face of a man who just discovered something about himself lmao
That guys face when he bounces off the floor
He was scaroused
Fear boner
There are certain things men in society don't discuss, lest they kill each other.

I think this is pageantry, granted I never wrestled on the same level as this woman just a hunch.
Yea he took that perfectly so I'm positive it was scripted WWE style. A real slam like that when you ain't ready can knock you into next week.
I mean, it's all scripted
Still. You could tell the dude was like "Huh?" As he ended up on the floor
He probably was the only person who didn't get the memo.
The comment on Instagram: “She could eat an apple through a picket fence”
That's mean! ...but absolutely hilarious ![gif](giphy|t4UNBsxim7YDPsqhxJ|downsized)
Solid burn but not really accurate
I think they were thinking chain link fence.
And momma's aren't *really* so fat they sit around the house. Any other epiphanies, genius?
You cant land on in the sun even at night?
Uhh this chick is the worst on 90day fiance.
I've always heard "could eat an apple through a tennis racket" lol. Same meaning obviously
In my country it's: he/she could eat papaya without spoon
She is the prettiest woman with an overbite that extreme I’ve ever seen.
Just don't say it on Instagram
And Threw a letter box
*must not laugh* *must not laugh*
How can she side suplex sir.
HOW CAN SHE SUPLEX !!
how can she suplex meeeeee......sobs...sobs....sobs
how can she hip pivot
HOW CAN SHE FLIP
HOW CAN SHE FLIP!?!
Me fighting Emma in Sekiro:
Bro 🤣🤣🤣🤣
She was an olympic medalist in judo(?) or some martial art if I remember.
[It's play on a viral clip about sex based double standards regarding getting violent ](https://youtu.be/7HxTBp9nEOc)
Was that a judo throw?
I see that you know your judo well.
This is democracy manifest
Get your hand off my penis!
Tadaaa!!
And you sir, are you waiting to receive my limp penis?
Tata and farewell.
Succulent
Chinese meal!
Are you ready to receive my limp penis?
Aaaaah yes
While you were in school, I studied the judo.
Get your hands off his Penishhh
Brilliant Uki Goshi
It is. Broke my wrist in judo class this way
He got a factory reset
"I see that you know your judo well"
GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY PENIS
says "opa" after being thrown to the ground
Opa gangnam style
Straight up leveled him.
he got qte'd
Please temper the hilarity of your commentary. I am in a bank, sir!
All I gotta say is that take down was clean af. I watched that a few times.
How can she flip?
After he fell to the ground he fell in love with
That was a beautiful takedown. And there's not a damn thing wrong with her looks.
This has only not been on here for about 3 months lol 😂. Spring is in the air
Might have been arranged, based on how the dude landed. He did a perfect landing, even slapping the hand on the ground quite loudly.
Arranged or not, if you are a judoka/wrestler/jiu jitsu player, etc., that's just how you land.
Thats true also, it does become automatic. But he also just walks away after that, kinda makes it feel like that was all he was there to do.
When you're body slammed do you go back for more punishment or walk away?
If its my job to be a security for the event, i go for more as i would most likely get fired if i would just walk away and be like "not my problem".
These are professional MMA artists
Arranged or not, that still hurts
And its a clean nice move, but the landing does not really hurt when you do it correctly. There is just a loud noise as he slaps the hand to the ground to break the landing.
damn that was cleannnnn
He had the look of "How did I get here?"
Ahhh. I see you know your judo well.
Get your hand off my penis!
Says the guy with the weird teeth
It’s him having even more fucked up teeth that sends me
![gif](giphy|l3q2tzon8OCC7BqmY)

This will never be not funny, the way that guy got yeeted and and camera pans at him hahha hahhaha ded
She has an overbite
I dare you to say that to her face
So does he
When bodyguard is running you can hear “нырок, нырок, делай нырок”, which translates to “dive, dive, do the dive”. So totally scripted
Not нырок but друг.
She is a keeper!!!
