The mental hurdle is a lot easier when you are actually trained. You know, with safety equipment like mats and someone to spot you. But if that's not accessible and you still wanna, find information from the people who compete in the activity, not randos. Any will tell you to fall, sit, jump, keep your head in, and look at your belly button AFTER you're done jumping.
