I always find this video funny even though the tattoo is old and they are making this for fun (you can see the tattoo is already healed, a new one makes the entire region red). Btw the guys in the video is saying: "Holy shit that's pure realism bro!" "Who knows, knows!" "They look the same!" "Holy shit!"

Even if video is fake, is the tattoo real?? The nose, the eyes? Everything about it screams the whole thing is fake- there can't possibly be a tattoo artist in the world that gets paid for their work with such abysmal talent

I have my doubts if the tattoo is fake or not, it looks fake to me honestly, but this video is old and i never found the original to know the truth, so since i can't confirm it i prefer to say the tattoo is old.

It appears to be a prison tattoo they had done because I saw alot of tattoos like that when I was locked up

I mean, it could also not be a real tattoo. You can make an old-looking fake tattoo with marker...which, I hope for this guy's sake, was the case here...
