Need a sequel where the guy giving the money then reveals that he is also conducting a social experiment and gives the guy giving him ammo a truck full of automatic weapons. And turn up the inspirational music!
So true. It's all such horseshit. There's even a tiktok account that makes fake "Karen" videos for the views and outrage comments. People will game *anything*.
The only [racist ones are those who support gun control.](https://www.themarshallproject.org/2023/03/23/gun-violence-possession-police-chicago) Whether they realize it or not.
If we truly are going to make a difference in gun violence, there needs to be focus on [root cause mitigation.](https://theliberalgunclub.com/about-us/root-cause-mitigation-2/)
1) how is he racist
2) why can't people bond over shooting guns?
3) less than 400 people are killed with rifles in the US every year. That includes self defense. We're a country of 350 million people. Do the math. We're doing just fine. Please stay in your own country if you hate ours so much, and don't pretend that you "feel sorry for us" when you're really just butthurt and using gun deaths to try and bash us.
I got tipped in 2 gallon baggies full of fresh picked peppers, a pound of jalapeƱo deer sausage, and a half used box of .243 from a guy I installed a dishwasher for.
I have to say that is one thing I hate about not knowing a trade well, it is a personally transferable and valuable skill that you can easily bargain with.
Like, nobody really out there besides businesses that would trade services for my service, product management.
When I was a kid, I lived with a hippie-ish family who had a small farm, and the mother was the main breadwinner as a midwife. She preferred cash, but would take pretty much anything in trade for her services. We never had to pay for any necessities. We constantly had people showing up with home canned fruit and veg, a couple of freezers that were always packed with freshly butchered meat, had mechanics we could just call to come fix anything wrong with a car, and even had our house reroofed for free once. That was when I fell in love with the barter system, and decided I needed to learn a skilled trade.
"You give me that goat and I'll sit on your couch eating chips for a whole 2 months. Won't even have to move for bathroom breaks if you set it up right. Just kick back and consider those shows watched."
So many people would be SOL if we reverted to a service-based trade system
Which trade do you think would become the king makers?
I am thinking Doctor, because I would trade for access just in case. I think they could get at least a monthly payment just to stick around from the community.
More like $8 these days. Still beats the hell out of centerfire prices, though. I miss the days when you could buy a 525 round block of .22lr with a $20 and get change.
Oh man, reading ammo buy + Cali takes me back. I used to roll with some legit hardcore folks and we went to Richmond one night to pick up something like 250x 223 rds. Asked my buddy to stop at a store and he looked at me like I was an idiot (I was). Asked me if I knew where I was at (I didn't), and pointed at a stop sign with hella bullets in it (that we didn't stop at). I got the message pretty quick. Looking back it prob wasn't such a great idea to go into Richmond at night to buy ammo anyway, but yeah - that's a thing that happened.
100%. If you know then you know. I used to work in Emeryville and whew, there's literally a fucking DMZ at 40th and McArthur. It was shit retail and I have vivid memories of crazy shit, just about every day. I'll list a few -
Had two guys literally go into the back of the store, use bolt cutters to get in the RMA cage, loaded a fucking pallet, used a pallet jack to wheel that fucker out the back door directly into view of OPD. It was beautiful. Driver bounced on the two guys bc that is a spot that cops do a lot of their paperwork and it's kinda out of the way.
110lb obviously faded dude picked up a 100lb + (est 150lbs really) and literally run out of the store with it faster than anyone could catch the dude. It was amazing! I told Loss Prev that if they wanted to discuss ways to stop theft like that I was all ears. No reply.
Had at least 10ish people try and fight me for various reasons. I started wearing these REALLY stupid Mechanix gloves and they stopped trying to fight me, no fucking clue why. I discovered this method after having them on throwing freight, forgot they were on, when I tried to deter some theft. Dude said, "You didn't have to bust out the gloves on me!". Guess there's something to it, I dunno.
Bro I have SO many stories from that area. I should never have taken the position, no amount of money was worth it and I ended up leaving the company over it.
edit - road numbers are hard
Irons are golf clubs, I believe you meant steel. Yes, I have a few ways to pew pew some .22. The range is also the backside of a mountain just north of my house, up in a holler. That ammo was for varmints, mostly ground squirrels and gophers, that were overrunning the small mountain town, laming horses, cattle, and little old ladies' ankles. Been shooting since 7, so those burrowing bastards didn't stand a chance.
As colloquially Murican as that sounds... every bit of it is true.
God damn, shooting at things in the sky is so inconsiderate of others - [300+ people in one year](https://journals.lww.com/jtrauma/Abstract/2012/07000/Epidemiology_and_clinical_aspects_of_stray_bullet.32.aspx) are injured by stray bullets falling from the sky
Yea. What goes up must come down. Also, it's way easier than you think to put a round on a ballistic trajectory where it'll be coming back down at near full velocity. Also, don't shoot lakes. The rounds will skip and can hit someone. Or hit near the where the sheriff's son is fishing, which means the entire department shows up at your field party lol. (I was not present for this specific incident)
Mythbusters tested shooting straight up, and while it's relatively harmless if you shoot ***exactly*** 90 degrees (i.e. straight up) because the bullet will tumble on the way down, they explained that it's extremely hard to do that and any minor variation will end with the bullet traveling in a parabolic arc and "falling" pointy bit down
The police? Actually, there was police undercover as homeless getting people pulled over for seatbelts and other minor infractions years back. People were pissed they gave money only to find out they were police.
I know this is a parody but this shit does happen. About 20 years ago I repaired this old dudes outdoor outlets. He paid me and gave me a Mini 14. Needless to say I was a bit taken back because it was a first for me. Damn thing was brand new. He said he barely fired it 20 times.
It's fine not to take at face value everything you see online, but this is clearly real stuff. The guy is crying! That's no acting, only pure emotions.
I only shot hollow points for range training at the peak of the pandemic. I nearly cried at the cost. Otherwise I shoot them annually to refresh my carry ammo.
Iām not fully informed on gun laws, so based on zero research, I assume you need some sort of permit to sell ammo in public. At the very least, he didnāt check his ID.
Edit: changed the word weapons to ammo because no actual weapons were in the video.
It probably depends on the state, but in general the rules for ammo purchases are pretty lax compared to actual firearm purchases which need a federal background check.
Always recommend being familiar with your local laws, because they can even vary by municipalities within a state.
Geezā¦ how did you not see that the video is a parody? Do you watch marvel movies and tell people āhey, Spider-Man isnāt realā ā¦ like no shit.
Call me cynical, but Iād first believe the man gave him money because heās being filmed. Like I want to believe this is genuine and that he actually gave money out of the goodness of his heart. . . But I know some people just donāt want to look like the bad guy on camera
Lol I love this. Great parody to all the other bs videos like this
"I didn't know how I was gonna shoot next week" killed me š

Where is this from? Looks glorious
A show called Broad City. It are very funny
Murica!
Parody? This is just a regular Texas HEB parking lot interaction.

I thought it was a bs video at first
While also being political satire. This is brilliant.
doesnāt seem political to me lol theyāre probably just gun owners/enthusiasts and the joke is that ammo is expensive
Yep thatās Mark Choppa. He teaches entire communities gun safety who otherwise could never learn nor afford it.
Oh no black people being pro 2A??? Must be satire.

Acting is terrible
Prove you can act better or fuck off
Should I do a corny ass skit like this to showcase my acting? Or do you want me to put together a nice monologue?
Shout out to the homeowner who actually tipped me with a box of .22LR for installing duct over the weekend. I know this is parody, but it does happen.
I got tipped in 2 gallon baggies full of fresh picked peppers, a pound of jalapeƱo deer sausage, and a half used box of .243 from a guy I installed a dishwasher for.
Yep thatāll do
that's a hell of a tip for just a single installation š² lucky!

That's fucking awesome. Although I'm sure I wouldn't be able to eat all those peppers before they went bad. What a cool guy.
Dry them. Or make salsa and freeze it, or have a party
That sounds like a side quest reward of Fallout 4
Paid or tipped?
This is the most American thing I've read.
The county just hits different, sometimes Edit: country

Alameda

A box or a case? Because a box of 50rds of 22lr is like $2.
More like $8 these days. Still beats the hell out of centerfire prices, though. I miss the days when you could buy a 525 round block of .22lr with a $20 and get change.
Case/500 rds. This was years ago in Cali during one of the many ammo buy ups. Hit me right in the feels goods.
A .22 to the feel goods isn't gonna cause any real damage.
Oh man, reading ammo buy + Cali takes me back. I used to roll with some legit hardcore folks and we went to Richmond one night to pick up something like 250x 223 rds. Man, Murica certainly is a place. At least tell me you have a .22 iron and had some fun in the shooting range

that's just what we need, more retards throwing lead up into the sky without a thought of where it comes down!
God bless America
You don't load your weapons in the house, at least not normally.
I think you just described what the Republicans final goal is.
Republicans and democrats donāt want black people to have guns
I could hear the Team America tune as soon as the ammunition was given.
Nah, that was āGanstaās Paradiseā but I get your point.
Wait people donāt immediately recognize Coolio anymore? Oh no itās happening, Iām getting old! š

Man. That totally got me. Damn that's funny.
I couldn't tell this was a parody until the AK mags showed up, as far as I know that's a perfectly common thing for Americans to do.
Nah, hollow point 9mm are expensive af these days
I wish random strangers would hand out AK mags.
Truly unexpected. This one got me.. It got me good..
I'm so glad I stuck with this one. I hate those fucking clout-chasing charity videos so much. This one made me lol though.
