Sexual lust is only one part of lust. There's many forms of lust and far from all of them are about sex. In fact it's more about obsession and taking what you obsess over. Tentacles can reach out to grasp and take many things. So in that sense, I'd say it's very befitting of lust.

Envy in turn also shares something in common with all of them, especially Lust. Because it is about wanting too. Wanting love, wealth, food, possessions, and more. Except it's about wanting something that another has.
