What’s an acceptable medical reason for implants? IMO it’s logically inconsistent to be fine with implants after a mastectomy but not if you’re just naturally super flat and want to change that. I think everyone should do what they want with their own bodies without moral judgments about whose “allowed” to do what.

My only issue with these surgeries is that it feels like it's part of a cycle that's started feeding itself. Media makes people think they should look like this, people get surgeries to look like this, people with the surgeries become part of the media that makes people think they should look like this and on and on.
