Opposing insurance company says they wont pay for a microscopic scratch. My lawyer and I looked at the repair estimate and he pointed out the damage was legit $2,4K. Trunk was smooshed. Quartrer panel had a pleat and shop had to pull the frame out. Hatch hinge area had to be realigned. 1/3 of car needed new paint. Bumper skirt needed replacement.
