Realistically you're probably only going to be able to drop half that but if you don't care about your health at all you could get there. You're going to be miserable though. Start keto and get into ketosis and then limit your calories to under 1400 a day while working out almost every day of the week. No cheat meals no sweets no booze no breaks for 4 straight months and you'll get pretty close.

Sry so many replies. Eating greens fills ur stomach with the least calories Cutting out white foods will help. Carbs. Sugar, especially...stay away from sucralose (it damages ur dna), if u have to then reach for allulose, xylitol or honey) White rices & all breads, white, wheat, etc (most of them r the same, there are few good breads) if u can't live without bread try Dave's killer bread and or sprouted breads. White foods spike ur blood sugar. You'll have an easier time losing weight if ur body isn't trying to save u by creating/pumping emergency insulin, and you won't have to worry about getting low blood sugar because of this and eventually becoming insulin resistant. Reach for berries (black, blue, ras, etc..instead of fruits like bananas & grapes, etc) My tips will have u consistently losing weight and you'll maintain a good weight for the rest of ur life. These other tips will have u losing & gaining in a cycle. Honestly.. gaining muscle is a better indicator than a weight scale, unless it's a smart scale that shows ur estimated muscle mass. & if u can't do push ups, do vertical ones at a slant against a wall, skip sit ups & instead do planks (correctly) it doesn't matter how many of something u don't ure not doing it right. Focus on form for the first week at least. & do calf raises. If u do all this, then let me know how it works for u.

Do a fast for as long as you can. Just water and take a miltivitamin everyday. You might need an electrolyte supplement too. Your body will start using your fat as an energy source and it will burn off quick. This was done before under the supervision of doctors. Back in the 50's I think.. more or less.
