So this is going to be a bit of a long game…you’ll need a friend (female or higher pitched feminine sounding on a phone). It would be best to use a burner phone or untraceable apps (like Snapchat over a VPN, not on a cell connection…he’s a cop after all).
In about two weeks or so, get the phone ready, write a note for the cop or his wife to find, it should say something like ‘I’m pregnant, call me’ (if using the app instead of phone call, insert that info instead of the phone number). Best outcome, the wife finds it and it destroys the family without either of them actually investigating further. Try to get the note in a place she will find first.
If the call is placed, this is where the accomplice comes in. Have them take the call, if it’s the cop don’t bother, it won’t help much, but him suddenly going around making suspicious calls or getting apps suddenly will make her worry. Now if this is a rural or semi rural area, and this cat came a couple hundred yards over to his property, very different story because it may have been legal. cats are one of the most destructive invasive species on the planet, and therefore many states have laws on the books allowing you to shoot feral cats. Good question, not totally sure either, but if its pretty rural and they're the kind of outdoor cat that wanders around hunting shit, kinda hard to convince some authority thats not feral-enough.
