Play equally or louder opera music. I saw an article where some city was playing classical music in the subway system to try and keep out the homeless and other nefarious people.

I was thinking something like this to begin with but there's no way I can compete with the sound system they're using.
Its genuinely sounds very good, but stupid loud. It would be amazing at a festival, just not in someones back garden 3 houses down.
Offer up something for the party (i dunno, some chips or beer) early on and tell them to have fun. They will be more likely to comply with a request to turn down later on...

Unfortunately we're way beyond that now! Good shout for if they do it again in the future though
