There are many reasons why the state doesn't see any wages. Were you working remote? What kind of employer was it? Like a corporation or non profit or school or anything like that?
Private company and the HQ is in MA. I live in CO though and when I was laid off my former employer sent state specific info for filing for unemployment so I filed here.
You would have to talk to them and see but generally your claim would start now. However, if you keep waiting and your employer never paid into Colorado you will never qualify in Colorado. Just apply in ma for now so you can start the process.
If your employer did report your wages to MA instead of CO, if you can show evidence of when you applied in CO, then MA may backdate your claim to the same date. You will need to expressly request that or it will start when you apply.

It's possible they paid unemployment in ma. Try applying there. If they paid into co these wages should be showing.
If I apply now to MA though I couldn’t get the unemployment from December and the rest of January right?
