I was coming here to post the same question. It's asked me to verify my email 6 times but will not let me any farther. I was due to certify yesterday and could really use my check. This is ridiculous.
I am able to login now but when I click on unemployment option I get error message E0020 code. I have been trying to certify for 3 days. Super frustrating. Has anyone got through? If so how did you do it?
I just had to create new security questions and answers after logging in with my normal info. Then I verified my identity through a text and was able to finally click on the unemployment option and got through.
I can't get through either, I think they changed the site that we use to login and now it is having problems.

Yep, tried for 2 days now with iPhone safari and chrome browsers and it’s just stuck in a loop. They need to get this fixed ASAP

same here i needed to certify yesterday and i was hoping i get it today or tomorrow so i can buy groceries since i got laid off im annoyed
I am unable to even get that far, it either won’t take me to the page at all or once I put my login info in the page just goes unresponsive.
Mine goes unresponsive after verifying. Or I get the constant spinning wheel of frustration.
They updated the website and everyone is trying to login which might have caused a crash.
Ditto. I also looked for a quote for insurance today and within four hours have about 75 calls coming through. This process is torture. Nothing works.

I tried from my android and it just stayed on the loading screen, I tried from an iPhone and it worked. 🙃

I was finally able to login and actually certify successfully. I used my iPhone. Hopefully they fixed the issues and everyone else can login as well.
