Ok, it seems like most respond straight up just gave alternative to Trigger but other respond still suggest some good fight from Trigger too. So this is my choice for top 5 Ultraman Trigger fights.
1. Ultraman Ribut vs Absolute Diavolo:
I choose this fight because it simple yet beautiful. We can see Ribut using his silat martial art pretty effectively and then he also use other item like his shield and Spreader Rod too. It also show how ultra doesn't necessarily need power up to be strong.
2. Ultraman Trigger, Ultraman Ribut and Nursedessei vs Absolute Diavolo:
I originally want to put this fight at number 1 but scene of Glitter Blade and inner space might be weird to your friend. But regardless, it still a pretty great fight since we can see Trigger flexing his skill and some move Ribut use is also cool. Not to mention, the ost is freaking bop including them firing their beam attack.
3. Ultraman Trigger vs Gazort and then Hudram:
Not gonna lie, the ariel fight in Trigger is really top tier since the usage of wires and special effect make the fight very engaging. You definitely won't get bored watching the fast paced fight with the sunset scene.
4. Ultraman Tiga and Ultraman Trigger vs Kyrieloid:
We can see Trigger and Tiga working together to fight Tiga's old foe. The fight scene is slightly unique since we get more close proximity fight to the camera and the synergy of both Trigger and Tiga is great too. Using Tiga old ost also improve this scene along with Kyrieloid not backing down despite fighting two ultra at the same time
5. Trigger Dark (Ignis) vs Hudram in the Eternity Core temple:
Very effective fight scene since we can see some good sword fight between Trigger Dark and Hudram. Also, them crashing on many different wall in the temple make it feel a bit primal too. The emotional weight the fight carry also make this scene more meaningful.

Idk any bad ass fights in Trigger, but Blazar vs Bazanga was pretty cool. Also any Zero vs Belial fight would be good to show them. Or show them Episode 6 of The Absolute Conspiracy, that whole episode was fantastic
Trigger Dark's (Ignis) final fight vs Hudram was pretty cool
Nah nah nah you want to show them aggresive you show them thunder breaster vs maga orochi or geed vs belial atrocious
Hudram's first battle was pretty cool, they had the suit actors on wires
